La experiencia VIP en Universal Studios Hollywood en California

We were sceptical about buying the vip tickets. They are definitely more than worth it. Awesome experience. Optimized tour (the guide drops you in front of every attraction- super express entrance (back doors if needed). You get to every attention on time (no lines and no waits) plus you get additional tours of the studios. A definitely great experience:)! Totally recommend it

This is the second time we have done this tour. IMHO it is the only way to do this park. Consider the valet parking , continental breakfast , guided tour, express pass for everything , amazing buffet lunch, and more up and close and personal back lot tour , to me is worth it . 1. Our tour guide Katy- was amazing !! She has been there 9 years and was truly amazing . She took control at every ride experience and politely moved people out of the way and got us thru every ride . She had a great personality and was able to connect with everyone ! This is my top favorite California theme park beside California Adventure. AGAIN, IMHO , THE ONLY WAY TO EXPERIENCE THIS PARK. Today , it was warm and crazy with people as the day wore on. See I you a few years again Universal . Also we pay for the experience every few years .

I booked a vacation package with Universal Studios Hollywood and I decided to add a VIP to the option, something I’ve done before in the past and the last one we had in December 2023 wasn’t that good. However, we decided to give it another chance and we were glad we did. We did the 8:15 AM tour and it actually was perfect. We had a chance to have a light breakfast and a nice latte, while waiting for our tour guide. He showed up on time and his name was Billy and he was the best tour guide we ever had. He kind of reminds you of a young Jack Black and his energy level was just off the chart. He didn’t use a mic and speaker like some tour guides and he just winged it the whole time and was simply amazing. Universal Studios needs to give this man a raise. He seemed to know everybody and kept the energy level up that I just couldn’t comprehend. Billy showed us everything and the first three hours went by rapidly and we got to see and do a lot of stuff. Then we had a very nice one hour buffet lunch that was for VIP members only and it was a nice way to break up the day. Afterwards we went on several more attractions, him being kind and generous to everyone, especially those who did not want to ride certain attractions. Billy quickly remembered everyone’s name and used it almost immediately. That was pretty impressive in itself. Billy also made sure that those of us who wanted to ride the new fast and furious roller coaster, which is still in testing mode, he pulled some strings and got us on that one. He actually took us to the Waterworld stunt show, then told us he would stand in line at Fast and Furious coaster and when we were done, to meet him over there. That is service! We were actually sad when the tour was over, and we said goodbye to him. A lot of us tipped him nicely, shook his hand warmly, and wished him well in the future. He is that good. He certainly has a very good opportunity to make it in the entertainment business. We may do this again next year with my two sons and if we do, I want to request Billy, if he’s still available, because he made the VIP tour, worthwhile!

Our guide Andrew H. amazing. This is truly the way to experience the park without much of the crowd hassle. The guides escort you throughout the park and help you get in 7/8 rides, a water world show, and then backstage tour. We were able to use our VIP passes to take the express lanes and thus did not need to wait the two plus hours for most rides. VIP lounge to start and midday lunch buffet included. Andrew H. was just a delight.

Worth every penny. Such a great way to see the park. We made it on rides that had 110 minute lines in 2 minutes. You can just relax and follow your guide around the park, which made it totally stress free. we moved at a good pace. Rides and studio tour were superb. Our tour started at 11:45. Do arrive 30 minutes early for the breakfast - the tour starts right on time. Lunch at Moulin Rouge was great. Hannah was our guide - very knowledgeable about the park and Universal’s history. We really enjoyed our time. We finished at about 5:40 and went on a few more rides on our own after leaving the group.

This is by far the best way to explore Universal Studios! Such a great experience and so grateful i got to have it!

I guess this is worth it to those that want a theme park experience and short cut to the front of the line on rides and entertainment. In regards to the studio experience, seeing how film and television are made and history of the Hollywood movie I recommend looking into other studio tours. I paid almost $1000 for two of us to have the tour and really felt it was not worth it. Also, getting out of the park to ride share service or public transit felt impossible. We asked for directions from four different people and had four different answers spending over an hour trying to find an exit. If you come by automobile it is easy and clear, otherwise good luck, no signage and confused employees.

Not worth the money if your interest is in the studio and how the magic of movies happens. The initial tour was good but did not really go into enough of the details or behind the scenes. If your interest is in amusement park rides and entertainment then perhaps this make some sense. Also note that if you are tall (I am 6'4" and 250 lbs) you may not fit into many of the amusement rides. Overall for a studio tour experience I recommend spending you money at Paramount or Warner Bros. or Sony Pictures. If you want rides like Disney then perhaps you'll enjoy the Universal tour but at over $900 for two people it feels like I was robbed. Also, we found it difficult to leave when our time was up. We asked for directions to the shuttle to the Metro or a place where ride share was available and six people at the park gave six different answers... once you are in it is difficult to leave. We spend an hour trying to get out of Universal City walk to get ride share and eventually ended up at the Metro station.

This was the best day!! I took my son, age 12, and our guide was Bobby - the BEST!!!!!! We started early 8:15 due to heat, finished 2:15pm. We had previously done VIP in Orlando and wanted to do Hollywood for the Studio Lot tour - which is the highlight of the day, absolutely incredible - want to do again!! The lunch offered was over the top AMAZING , even better than Orlando. Highly recommend spending the extra money for VIP since enhanced studio lot tour, no lines, incredible lunch and customer service!!!!
