Más que una clase de cocina La clase de cocina incluye: - una sesión de cocina intensiva con instrucción (en inglés) y práctica con nuestro chef, comida de 3 platos después de la lección que incluye vinos seleccionados (Prosecco y Chianti), café, todos los ingredientes alimentarios, impuestos, - visita a las bodegas de la bodega Ugo Bing con degustación de los vinos que se servirán durante el almuerzo/cena, - vivirás un viaje en el tiempo para descubrir los Graneros Etruscos subterráneos de hace 2500 años, una gran sorpresa para los adultos y especialmente para los niños.

Epic. Wanted an authentic experience, which can be hard to find in tourist areas, or booking on these sites. This experience delivered. Met at an old estate, cooked in an old kitchen, with a local Italian lady, using old school tools & it was just us two w the broken english italian lady. Prepared and cooked on white honed marble, made pasta, meat, and dessert. Was fun and dinner in the garden overlooking Tuscany was beautiful!

We can’t thank you enough Giuditta for making my husband’s 65 birthday such a memorable experience. Your patience, wit and amazing culinary skills allowed us to fully appreciate that night. Hope we can do it again soon.
We enjoyed everything- especially the scenery, the menu, and the wine. We appreciated the authenticity of the kitchen and the professionalism of the chef. Food was delicious!!!!

I traveled to Tuscany with a group of friends, and we took a class in Fiano, a small town. Giuditta was a great teacher, very friendly, and guided us through an incredible experience. We prepared a complete meal, including an appetizer, first and second courses, dessert, and we also had a wine tasting. We concluded the experience by dining in a green area with a beautiful sunset. It was a unique experience, perfect to enjoy with family or friends.

The class was wonderful in an amazing setting! It was hours of learning, very pleasant and fun. Giudita was spectacular and very patient. Super recommend the experience and the location.

Highlight of our 2 week vacation. We learned some things, ate great food, and laughed a lot. It exceeded our expectations- our chef was fantastic- we thoroughly enjoyed her company!

We had a terrific time. Preparing the food was a marvelous experience, and it tasted great. The unexpected winery tour and tasting was excellent. The weather was nice, so we had appetizers outside and were able to watch a great sunset. Thanks chef! We are hoping to repeat the dinner at home sometime soon.

10/10 experience. Julie was so knowledgeable and we both had an amazing time. The food was delicious and we learned so much! She even gave us the recipe to take home. Highly recommended!!
