Great experience

This was much more than just a meal—it was a true Argentine experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated, making everyone feel comfortable and part of the gathering. The quality of the food was outstanding. Every cut of meat was perfectly prepared, and the selection of wines was excellent, giving us the opportunity to experience authentic Argentine flavors at their best. A special mention goes to Sofía, who guided the experience beautifully. Her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of passion for Argentine culture and traditions. She created a relaxed and enjoyable environment while making sure every guest felt included and well taken care of. If you’re looking for an authentic Argentine asado experience, this is something I would highly recommend. A wonderful combination of great food, excellent wines, and genuine hospitality.

Wonderful Asador Evening

What an amazing grilling and dining experience in a beautiful historic home in belgrano! The "hands on" experience of preparing a meal on the asado with local experts was definitely memorable, an event we will try to recreate for our own family when we return home. The entire meal was beautifully prepared and served, paired with excellent selections of argentinian wine. The chef was extremely engaging, a knowledgeable teacher and a great storyteller. Thank you so much for the hospitality, and we look forward to joining you again!

The most phenomenal, immersive food experience ever!

Belen, Topi, and the team provided the most authentic, culturally immersive food experience I’ve ever had. The setting—in an actual home, the stories, the social mission—created an unforgettable experience. The experience of meeting other guests from other parts of the world and forging new connections and friendships. I highly recommend it, and wish the team lots of success and impact.

A family style asado experience that cannot be beat.

Cannot recommend this tour enough. It set in a great home in a great neighborhood leading to a truely homelike asado experience. Sophie our asadora meastra was awesome. Her abilty to tell funny and interesting stories about what asados mean to Argentinians made it a wonderful experience and must try in Buenos Aires.

"More than an Asado — a piece of Argentina's soul"

I recently had the opportunity to try The Asado Experience, and from the very first moment, I knew I was in for something truly special. If you are looking for the most authentic, heartfelt, and memorable way to discover what a real Asado Argentino is all about — this is it. This is not simply a cooking class or a chance to taste exceptional Argentinian meat and wine, though it is certainly both of those things. This is a genuine chance to live an Asado from the inside, exactly as a local would — set in Belén's own family residence, a traditional home carrying over 100 years of history within its walls. Family-owned, female-led, and built around premium ingredients and exceptional Mendoza wines, it is everything a traditional Sunday Asado looks, feels, smells, sounds, and tastes like — and then some. (And as an Argentine myself, trust me — I know exactly what I'm talking about. 😉) After years of travelling — through America, Europe, Africa, and beyond — I have come to believe that one of the best ways to truly get to know a culture is around food and people. Argentina is no exception, and nothing embodies that more than an Asado. The first thing you need to understand is that in Argentina, an Asado is so much more than a meal. It is about connection, laughter, conversation, and engaging all five senses at once. You sit down, you talk, you listen, you eat, you drink exceptional wine, and somewhere along the way, strangers become friends. That is the soul of an Asado, and that is exactly what The Asado Experience captures so beautifully. From the very first moment, that feeling starts immediately. I was warmly welcomed by Topi, the Host and Grill Master, into the family home — a greeting that felt genuine and personal. She took the time to introduce every guest and member of the TAE team, and members of Belén's family, who add yet another layer of authenticity to the experience. Expectations were thoughtfully set, and drinks and premium wines were introduced early so everyone felt completely at ease. Award-winning wines — such as the renowned Catena Zapata — were poured and savored while Topi walked us through the art of Argentine grilling: the techniques, the traditions, and the carefully selected cuts. From the beloved Choripán and controversial Morcilla to the Matambrito and Mollejas, each cut with its own story. We also got hands-on, preparing a fresh chimichurri sauce. After some more talking and fun with the guests, a perfectly slow-roasted, medium-rare Tenderloin stole the show, accompanied by fresh-grilled vegetables — simple, extraordinary. And because no Asado is complete without a sweet ending, Dulce de leche makes its well-deserved appearance. From the first glass of wine to the last spoonful of Dulce de leche, the entire experience has something truly rare about it — the kind that makes anyone, no matter where they come from, feel like they are coming home. None of this would feel the way it does without Topi — Host, Grill Master, entertainer, and the warm beating heart of the entire experience. Her gift for making every guest feel like family is what elevates The Asado Experience from great to truly unforgettable. And behind every seamless detail, Gloria's quiet care and dedication ensure that everything — seen and unseen — is taken care of. There is something deeply moving about witnessing foreigners laugh genuinely and speak with true admiration about our country, our traditions, and our culture. It feels like a tender gift for the heart. Belén and the entire TAE team should feel incredibly proud of what they have built — a passionate and beautifully authentic tribute to Argentina, its people, and its women. To Bridget, Alex, Jim and Johnny — it was a genuine pleasure meeting you and sharing such a memorable experience. I truly appreciate your openness and kindness. I hope our paths cross again on your next visits to Argentina!

Must do!!

We had such an incredible experience here! The home is absolutely beautiful, and it felt so special to be welcomed in for a true asado experience. Tipo was phenomenal—she walked us through the different cuts of meat, how each is prepared, and how it all comes together for the meal. What really stood out was how she shared the deeper cultural meaning of asado—bringing people together, enjoying the sobremesa, and creating a sense of connection. You can tell how much care and knowledge she brings, and it made the experience even more memorable. We also loved meeting Soledad and hearing about her journey. Thank you for opening your home and sharing such a meaningful and authentic cultural experience with us. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Highly recommended!

I was born in Argentina but have lived in the U.S. for over 20 years, and I booked this experience to brush up on my asador skills and reconnect with our traditions. It was outstanding. Belén, Sofi, and Bachi are wonderful hosts — incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and fun. They teach not just the recipes, but the technique, the fire management, and the culture behind a true Argentine asado. I left with new tricks, great recipes, and a genuinely authentic experience. Highly recommended! 🇦🇷🔥🥩

A wonderful introduction to Argentine living

As a confirmed carnivore, I was in heaven. The ladies who run the experience give a full background on the culture and importance of Asado within Argentine life. This is not just a BBQ. The meat was all delicious with the opportunity to try cuts we had not had before but a full explanation on how to cook it according to the cut and the different heat areas on the grill. Taking time with friends and the good wine that was also provided was truly a memorable experience and a wonderful way to enjoy Argentina. I am very jealous that they get to do this all of the time.

Can’t do Asado any other way than with our Asadora!

First of all I don’t do reviews. But bro I just had to do this like this is so great that I had no choice but to spread the Lv I was given n experienced at this spot. We went to experience a part of Argentinian life and we did. Women grill masters which are few in Argentina but our first was with them (we got lucky hit that jackpot). Grill masters are mostly men dominated in Argentina but the title of Grill master is earned from trust and skills. And we got skilled ladies who worked hard n earned that title from family n fren approval spreading more Asado experiences. Food was so fresh and explained in detail of what and which part it comes from. The taste of what you will look forward to and some more surprises yassssssss. Service was “Perfecto” that’s the word my fren was obsessed w/h there lol. We had such an experience words can’t describe. Grill master explained the history behind Asado and Argentina. While the grill master was preparing and grilling. She was with us heart to heart and anytime I felt not so sure. Well she was there to explain things to give the push I needed (I’m super picky n got a kids palate I’m told by ppl around me). Still tried every single piece n lvd it. The ambiance was so chill. The home was so cozy n beautiful you felt so relaxed. I think my fren was drinking wine like a thirsty man who ran a marathon. The way grill master (Asadora: female grill master in Argentina) made us feel n visualize like we were chatting with family n sharing the food together totally felt home. Also the “Asadora” doesn’t sit with us until the last piece of food on the grill gets taken out. Then we talk ukno like family what’s happening in life n what’s gonna happen. See totally family get together. With all that I wrote ukno the admission fee is worth ittttt. The time was spot on. “Perfecto” timing of food getting grilled till it’s ur belly yasssssss.
