- El tour incluye traslados desde los puntos de encuentro en el área central de Rovaniemi, el área de Ounasvaara, Arctic Treehouse Hotel, Invisable Forest Lodge y Santa Claus Village. Si te alojas en Airbnb o similar, te notificaremos el punto de encuentro más cercano. - Todos los horarios de recogida están sujetos a una diferencia de 15 minutos dependiendo de los demás participantes que se unan a los tours. Los clientes esperarán su recogida en el punto de encuentro notificado por Wild Nordic. Por favor, acuda al punto de encuentro 5 minutos antes de la hora de encuentro. - Es responsabilidad del cliente saber inglés básico para entender las instrucciones. Si el cliente no comprende alguna de las instrucciones, Wild Nordic se reservará el derecho de rechazar la participación del cliente en función de las preocupaciones de seguridad y la necesidad de comunicarse en inglés durante cualquier situación de emergencia.
- No se realizará ningún reembolso de los tours si el cliente pierde los servicios de recogida como resultado de no esperar en el área de recogida designada. Wild Nordic tiene derecho a cobrar los gastos razonables derivados de tal negligencia en el cumplimiento del horario del programa.
- El conductor de una moto de nieve tiene que tener al menos 18 años de edad y poseer una licencia de conducir B (automóvil) válida.
- El permiso de conducir debe ser válido en los países de la UE. Los clientes deberán presentar su permiso de conducir válido para participar en la conducción de motos de nieve. El permiso de conducir debe estar físicamente presente y escrito en letras romanas. No se permiten versiones electrónicas.
- El conductor del vehículo es responsable de los daños causados al vehículo. Este importe de riesgo propio es de 900 euros a tanto alzado por conductor/moto de nieve/accidente, sin excepción o en relación con el alcance de los daños. Si el cliente adquiere un seguro de Wild Nordic por 20 EUR (sujeto a cambios según lo aconsejado por Wild Nordic), la responsabilidad máxima del cliente se reducirá a 200 EUR por persona. No podemos aceptar ninguna responsabilidad por daños personales o materiales derivados de un accidente durante cualquier otra excursión que no implique motos de nieve.
- Se recomienda encarecidamente a los clientes que adquieran un seguro de viaje personal (que cubra el seguro de las actividades en las que participarán);
- Si un cliente sufre alguna enfermedad o discapacidad (como enfermedades del corazón, asma, diabetes, epilepsia, problemas de espalda o de cadera) que puedan afectar su capacidad para participar en las actividades o que está embarazada, antes de participantes en las actividades consultar a expertos médicos en cuanto a su idoneidad para participar en las actividades. El cliente reconoce que participa en las actividades que se ofrecerán en los Servicios bajo su propio riesgo en caso de que padezca dicha enfermedad o discapacidad o embarazo.
- Si un cliente se está recuperando de alguna enfermedad o de los efectos del consumo de alcohol y/o drogas o ha tenido recientemente alguna enfermedad importante o cirugía, Wild Nordic se reserva el derecho de rechazar la participación del cliente por motivos de seguridad.
- Wild Nordic no será responsable de los objetos de valor que los clientes dejen en el área pública mientras participan en las actividades.
- Las motos de nieve tienen 2 asientos y todos los adultos compartirán motos de nieve a menos que se reserven como conductores individuales.

Great experience. Our guide was Chris, Irish fellow. Very fun, there were two other couples in our group so a group of 4 snowmobiles total. Very positive, clear instructions, got to go fast. Speed limit of lakes and rivers is 80km/hr!! Definitely an experience worth participating in. Fun way to see the landscape. The provided outer wear is warm that goes on top of your winter gear/parka, I should have worn another pair of gloves under the provided mittens got a little cold and we went when it was "warm" out.
Absolutely thrilled with the experience we received with Chris and Marouso for the adults Snowmobiling. 3 hours of pure fun and speed. From going through the lapland forests to speeding along frozen lakes and rivers. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, cannot praise it enough. If you want adventure this is the trip while visiting Finland.
Loic and Jan were amazing guides. We were blessed with a beautiful, sunny, but cold day. The company does make it sound like they will scam you for the insurance (basically scare you into buying it) but what’s 20€ for piece of mind. No one in our group was charged for damages as there were no incidents. The clothing they provide was more than enough to keep you warm if you wear the proper bottom layers. We only got up to a speed of 77, but it had the potential to do more. We never took it out of eco mode when it has a sport mode but maybe it’s reserved for specific days/conditions, though we couldn’t ask for better given the time of year. The guides were always offering to take photos too so you could just concentrate on driving.
We did the half day snowmobile tour with Adrian today and it was outstanding! We have done a few tours with other operators previously and hands down, this was by miles the best we have ever done. Adrian was really professional and informative whilst making the trip great fun! Amazing landscape and top spec brand new equipment. The longer half day trip takes around 5 hours with an incredible lunch stop to warm up whilst enjoying some delicious food! Really allows you plenty of time in the beautiful surrounding and a great mix riding conditions. When we were looking for a tour operator Wild Nordic responded immediately on e mail, we’re super friendly and positive and answered all questions. When we arrived it was clear that the company and its team is focused of giving their customers a safe, professional and fun experience with nothing too much trouble. In a world where the art of customer service is dying, Wild Nordic are bucking the trend and deserve every success! Would recommend this company for any of your tour needs. Adrian was an outstanding guide but I am equally as sure all there other guides are as good when the company is run in such a professional and sustainable way!
We did the Thrill of Snowmobiling adults only tour and it was amazing! We had 3 full hours of riding the most beautiful landscape, varied terrain, speed and adventure. The tour was led by Loic and Adrian who were perfect guides and made a good day great. We had the pleasure of meeting some of the other guides/staff from Wild Nordic and must say what a lovely group of professional, helpful, fun and engaging people they all are. I would not hesitate to recommend Wild Nordic, this tour and these guides. Thank you again for an awesome experience.. K&K
Magical and spectacular experience. Axel, our guide, was very kind and professional. We traveled for more than 3 hours among beautiful views. Speeding across frozen lakes covered in snow causes emotions that stay on your skin.
The best experience of our visit to Rovaniemi. Chris our guide was just the best, his love of the area was infectious. He made sure we were protected from the elements correctly. Made sure we were safe, and the pace on the snowmobile was within what we felt was safe but ensured a thrilling few hours. The route through the forests, frozen river and lake were exhilarating. The views were stunning.
From the time we were picked up from the city centre of Rovaniemi to drop off, great organising and communication. We were dressed in warm suits, boots and gloves and given clear safety instructions. To start, we learnt how to drive the snowmobile, initially through the forest until we came to the frozen lake. A change of power and we were off, going as fast as we felt comfortable. There was never any pressure to go faster than that but boy did we fly along. We stopped to take photos and part way through to have a warm berry drink and biscuits. More forest and frozen lake. Approx 50k in total taking over 2.5 hours. The staff were fantastic. A wonderful experience and a highlight of our trip. If you are a Maverick, "I feel the need... the need for speed!" then this is the package for you!
I really enjoyed the adults only snowmobiling tour. It was great having a small group and we spent almost 3 hours out on the snowmobiles. George and Axel were great tour guides. We stopped a few times so they could check on everyone. It was -30C outside so they advised we wear all the clothes we brought and their overalls. It was perfect because I didn’t get cold at all. The city pickup was easy and the entire team was friendly. I highly recommend Wild Nordic and also recommend the 3 hour adults only tour. I did the 1 hour a few years ago and it was good, but I wanted more time. The adults only thrill tour was long enough we were able to get out of the lake and river which are more fun than snowmobiling through the trees.
Weather was extremely cold -32, but experience was great! But thank you our guide Jan was great, really friendly and adaptable to the situations we had!
