- Está estrictamente prohibido usar kimono durante el embarazo. No seremos responsables de ningún problema de salud que pueda resultar del uso mientras se oculta su embarazo.
- Regreso tardío: JPY 1.100 por persona/30 minutos. Hora de regreso estricta. Sin contacto durante el horario comercial significa que la tienda cierra según lo programado. Al día siguiente la devolución incurre en la misma tarifa.
- Devolución al día siguiente: depósito de 10.000 JPY, recargo de 1.100 JPY. No reembolsable si no se devuelve al día siguiente.
- Kimono/accesorios dañados: Pague la tarifa por daños. Se recomienda seguro en el lugar (JPY 550). Consultar con el personal.
- Los kimonos para adultos están limitados si el tamaño de la cadera supera los 130 cm.
- Quimonos infantiles para niños mayores de 70 cm y menores de 12 años.
- Reservas tardías: Más de 20 min canceladas, después de 10 min, turnos prioritarios. No hay reembolsos después de la hora de reserva del día siguiente. Ser puntual.

Momoka provided such a beautiful selection of kimonos to choose from, complete with all the accessories and adornments. I felt truly styled and received so many compliments while capturing amazing photos in the heart of Gion, Kyoto. This experience was truly one of a kind and it doesn’t get much better than this while visiting Japan. I’m so grateful for the memories created and the overall experience. Without a doubt, this was one of the highlights of my trip and simply unforgettable.

Such incredible courtesy and kindness, the woman who helped my three daughters here was amazing. She was patient, kind, and made them each feel beautiful. My daughters are very tall and have extremely curly hair, but they felt just like anyone else and she took extreme care to treat them like princesses. This experience was so much fun for my daughters and worth every cent. The kimono options were beautiful!
