Was a really good orientation tour going to the major sites - the tour guide was informative and gave well researched facts that were entertaining and engaging - not just providing a spiel. The tour guide was also accommodating to special needs on the trip. Would recommend to anyone who is short on time and wants to see the main sites.
Shasha exhibited extensive familiarity with the surroundings, ensuring that we enjoyed the best possible experience and created cherished memories.
Our driver took us to many sites around the city, starting with a temple and other stops included the war memorial complex, the Royal Palace, a large mosque, Old colonial era buildings, the river of life where KL was founded and a batik shop. He clearly knows a lot of the history of the area, and although I may not remember a lot of the detail I certainly like hearing about it
Mr Rajan was a humble agent with numerous experience which all of you Will enjoy his knowledge about KL overall... Thanks u so much...
The trip was nothing more than a taxi service. The guide - if I can call him that - got out of the car only once - to talk to other drivers. He said it was too hot for him. We had to ask him numerous questions since he wouldn't really say anything by himself. It's a shame since he had good English and seemed to be knowledgeable. Our trip was pretty much just driving around, and him pointing fingers, saying go there. We had to ask what was there and what to see because he wouldn't say on his own. Also, the driver would tell us (when pushed) about nice places, but each time he would say, "there are a lot of Muslims there", or "there are not many Muslims there" - When asked about that he said he didn't want to go in to politics. It was a major disappointment, especially since the trip seemed nicely planned.

We enjoyed our Half Day Kuala Lumpur tour. We visited many sites including the Chinese Thean House Temple, Istana Negara (presidential palace), National Monument, and the Petronas Twin Towers. Having a private guide definitely was the way to go.
Unfortunately It was more of the taxi ride than a tour . The information shared about the City was a minimum and only based on our questions , the driver even was a nice guy his English was very limited and was absolutely not a guide in pure meaning of the word. I did already such tours in other places in the world and I have to admit this one was the lowest quality.

We were driven around the sites rather than guided. We explored the sites ourselves and understand that our driver wasn't well on the day which was no doubt tough for him and we are grateful to have met him. He navigated well and drove us between the sites, pointing out those we didn't stop by however there wasn't much history or context to anything. Highlights were going inside the national mosque and the Chinese temple. The batik shop and workshop visit was a short stop and interesting with no pressure to buy anything.
Dear Jonni, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we appreciate your understanding regarding our driver's condition on the day of your tour. We are continually working to enhance our tours and provide more insightful information about the sites our guests visit. Your comments will be instrumental in helping us improve our services.
