This was the highlight of our visit to Ko Samui. The guides were all excellent, very knowledgeable, they truely cared about the welfare of the elephants. If you want to get up close and have a beautiful experience with the elephants, then this is it! We decided to wash the elephants, that was the most fun. We were so happy to see these wonderful people doing such an amazing job in healing the elephants and giving them a beautiful environment to live. Enjoy your experience.

The most amazing experience, I would 100% recommend this place. The most friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. The elephants were so cute and the place seemed so ethical.

The experience was great but we paid for the experience photos and they said they would email them later that day but they have not been sent

The sanctuary was great. The guides were very friendly, energetic and informative. Making the food then feeding the elephants was a fantastic experience, and being able to get in the water to wash them was also fantastic. It was a highlight of our trip to Koh Samui. The only downside was it did take longer than expected to get there and back. So it was nearly 7hrs all up from when we left our hotel to returning to our hotel.
