Lo que hace especial esta experiencia es la posibilidad de explorar sectores más estrechos de los canales en kayak y disfrutar de la naturaleza desde una perspectiva tranquila y cercana. Nuestros guías locales conocen muy bien el ecosistema y están atentos a los sonidos y movimientos de la fauna, ayudándote a descubrir animales que pueden pasar fácilmente desapercibidos y compartiendo información sobre su comportamiento y entorno. Los grupos pequeños permiten una experiencia más personalizada, enfocada en la observación y el respeto por la naturaleza.

The activity with Marco was a 10. Very good guide who explained everything to us in detail. We have seen crocodiles, caimans, all kinds of birds and iguanas. I recommend it 100%. Pure life

It was spectacular, we saw caimans, a crocodile, turtles, birds, the guide Marco was very good and explained many interesting things to us. Pura vida.

We did a Kayaktour with Warren and He was the best Guide we could imagine. He told us a lot about the life in Costa Rica, Tortuguero and of course about the wildlife. For us he was the pefect example for Pura Vida! Apart from that, he gave us his personal contacts for our further journey. In short, it was a wonderful tour with a very special guide. Beautiful kayak ride on the canals of Tortuguero. Solo the rhythm is too intense to enjoy the scenery and take pictures. At least specify it in the activity or at the time of registration.

I was convinced by the comments to prefer the kayak tour than canoe. The kayak ride was nice. But solo not enough time out to enjoy and take pictures. It was mostly 2.5 hours to paddle. Which is a lot. It's a shame we didn't mention it in the activity

In my opinion, the BEST experience you can do in Tortuguero. With the kayak you go pretty deep in the mangroves, and I wouldn't suggest going on your own because it's very easy to get lost. A good alternative to the canoe because you're free to move as you wish as long as you stay close to the other participants. They took pictures of us and shared them, we also took pictures of our own. You get a little wet as you paddle but as long as you have a wet bag you're fine. Our group was not too big, we were 6 people. The paddling was easy, with frequent stops to admire the animals, and only a longer paddle at the end. We saw a lot of birds, iguanas, monkeys, a cayman (very close-up!)

Beautiful experience to learn about the canals of the park and its animals and birds. 2.30h kayaking in the main channels and in the labyrinth of the secondary. Exceptional even in the rain. Nice kayaks for one or two. Pre-departure breakfast offered.

One of the best excursions on our trip. We have seen many animals and had perfect weather. There were four of us (with guide) on the road, which was also very pleasant. Our guide Andy gave us a lot of information about the animals and the surrounding area. It was a lot of fun, thank you!!

The guide was very friendly and explained curiosities smile fauna, and insisted that we could see the vast majority of animals possible always respecting their habitat. Kayaking by merwcio tortoise is a very nice area
