A wonderful company that chatted about changing the reservation date, but didn't show up to pick you up on the reservation date, and at the end of the day, regurgitated that they could arrange a vehicle tomorrow without any read-through or apology.
I booked a shared cab through Transport hub Nepal from KTM to Manthali Airport one month in advance thru whatsapp but till last moment no cab was assured. However on showing whatsapp and email exchanges to one of the employees, he was able kindly arrnage one at the last moment.
They changed the time of leaving. So we arrived at 2 pm. So I had to book an additional hotel. Bus is very small, Not for bigger European guy. Driver was amazing , roads were terrible ( there was no roads).
Well organized Tour. However, the journey can take a long time (5-6 hours) due to the currently poor, very broken road conditions.
Really recommend Transport Hub Nepal, I travel from Thailand for EBC and I booked advance for private car from Kathmandu to Ramechhap, the staff can also help up to find out hotel including pick us from Hotel to Airport on next morning. Good service / Friendly staff!!

Service was good, on time and it was very easy to find the transport on tbe agreed location. The support is very responsive and helpful.
The transport worked really well, we were at the airport on time. We were then able to book the flight tickets through the organization, all very easily via WhatsApp, and we were able to spontaneously postpone the return flight by a day. Everything worked easily and smoothly. We'd be happy to do it again next time!
