Nelson Villarroel is a super-recommended guide to meet Karlovi Vary, attentive, patient, punctual, clear, precise, knowledgeable.
The tour is perfect, the guide knew a lot and gave us a lot of information, time is enough to know the city
Excellent experience, the guide (Nelson) made us much less the trip than it could have been, highlighting that he supported us as a translator, and even made us a reservation to eat in a good place after the tour.
A question excellent experience and that which was raining us, but that did not stop us from doing the whole tour, always guided and advised by Nelson, our guide, that in addition to telling us and enlivening us with the history of the place, he looked after our safety, always attentive. Visit highly recommended.
We visited Karlovy Vary in August 2022, and took Peter as our guide. A great guide and a wonderful city! We ate very well where Peter told us. It rained almost the whole time we were there, and yet we enjoyed it a lot. What's more, we wanted to stay... (even if it rained). The guide knew his profession perfectly well, but not only that, he was a person concerned to know more about everything he was interested in, you could tell that he was in love with everything that related to Czech culture, and culture in general. He recommended movies, books... We miss him the rest of the way... Summary of the visit: VERY GOOD!
Karlovy Vary is certainly one of the most charming cities in Czechia. We have seen this in the guided tour from Prague to this dream corner. The excursion from the beginning to the end was extraordinary, not only because of the heritage that we were able to know, but because of the great explanations and curiosities that our guide: Nelson, you've been telling us throughout the visit. A luxury to have had this professional and expert guide in town. Thank you very much for all the help you provided. Nelson, you're a crack!!
My experience was amazing, wonderful, extraordinary, from the reception at the airport with punctuality and kindness, the unit in perfect condition. And good!! The next day the adventure was not kept waiting, we met Prague, its castle, Dresden, Terezín, Karlovy Vary, our guide Nelson Villarroel talked us all about the places, gave us recommendations and even in Metro taught us to transport, then we went to other countries and I kept asking everything to Nelson and the very friendly kept explaining me. Definitely a journey full of adventure, party, learning and memorable moments. Mega recommended experience.
We went to spend a few days in Prague, the travel agency prepared our flights, at the airport they were waiting to take us to the hotel, the hotel (wonderful) and several excursions, including Karlovy Vary... they came to look for us at the hotel, super punctual, in a new car they took us there, the guide explained many interesting things about the country and the place we were going to travel. Once we arrived at the walking tour of a beautiful city in the middle of the mountains and toured by a river of hot springs, all snowy... one pass. We recommended (and booked) a super romantic restaurant to eat. All great!!! Recommended 100%
We stayed the second week of January in Prague. We hired two tours with this agency and were very satisfied. On time, and with a guide who spoke perfectly Spanish, we made our trip from Prague to Karlovy Vary very enjoyable, full of explanations and details that we did not find in our usual paper guides. It is worth it as time is limited if you go only one. We would like to come back in summer, and visit some castles. At the moment with the sights we were very happy.
We did the excursion to Karlovy Vary and it was spectacular. The guide very made the excursion very enjoyable and fun without neglecting professionalism.
