We were not clear that you had to have a ticket for standing on the square. Eventually bought a ticket for the square, theater and house (was the only thing left free and a time slot of 2 hours later), cost €12.00. You have to start at the theater, which is at the back. Here you see an old-fashioned theater and continues. You arrive at the square, where you can queue to have your picture taken with the image of Julia. Then to the house, where you have to wait again. And then you queue to be allowed to stand on the balcony for 1 minute. After this I looked around. Outside, of course, there were souvenir shops. All in all, you'll be ready within 30 to 45 minutes (including queue). But when you're in verona, you must have seen this too.
For €5 per person you can get access to the courtyard to see Juliet’s balcony and have a photo with her statue. The queue moves relatively quickly - we waited about 25 minutes for a statue picture. Note, you do not get access to the house with this ticket but that suited us well.
Total rip off. This presents as a visit to the house and balcony but if you read small print it just gets you through a theatre and into the courtyard. For £21 definitely not worth it.
The title of this is misleading. This does not include going inside and standing on the balcony. We paid direct when we got there and only paid €12 for the whole thing! Cost was £14 from Viator and only lets you stand in the courtyard
Received the ticket after 30 minutes that my schedule entrance was so I couldn't get in. Disappointed
Easy and quick booking, tickets safely landing in my inbox. No queuing, smooth entrance and the unique experience of the Musem and courtyard with Juliet's statue.
Beautiful courtyard and was lovely to see! However, it was a lots of money for the time you are in there and what you actually see!
An experience to have, for those who are a dreamer like me; everything managed very well, especially the smooth-moving lines despite the high temperatures. It is a shame not to have been able to visit the upper floors, also due to the excessive heat, but it was all beautiful anyway.
The experience was excellent due to the staff at the house. not viator whose tickets were overpriced and misleading. Better to use the house website
It was fantastic, just it was a little bit difficult to find the right queue.
