Este tour muestra la herencia judía en Varsovia. La guía de la ciudad no solo describe el horror de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, sino que también cuenta la vida y obra de los judíos de Varsovia desde el comienzo hasta la Segunda Guerra Mundial. ¿De dónde vinieron los judíos, dónde vivían, qué hacen y cuál era su relación con la población no judía? Una historia fascinante con mucho conocimiento especializado, pero también numerosas anécdotas. La guía de la ciudad es muy amigable para los turistas y no se requieren conocimientos previos para poder seguir las historias.

Nuestro punto de encuentro es en Plac Grzybowski. La vida judía en Varsovia tenía aquí su punto central. De la adyacente calle Prozna se conserva únicamente una parte. Además, a la vuelta de la esquina se encuentra la última sinagoga restante de la comunidad judía de Varsovia.
Janusz Korczak es la personalidad más famosa de aquella época en Varsovia.
La plaza Centralny era la frontera sur del gueto judío. No hay ningún edificio aquí que recuerde la época anterior a 1939. Sin embargo, todavía se puede ver en el suelo el contorno de las antiguas calles.
Este rincón escondido es uno de los últimos testigos silenciosos de la Shoah en Varsovia.
En medio del distrito comercial de Varsovia hay un último trozo de pared del gueto. Forma parte de un bloque de viviendas y es un edificio protegido.
En la calle Chlodna había una pasarela entre el gueto grande y el pequeño. Hoy hay un monumento con fotos antiguas. El guía de la ciudad también llevará fotos antiguas con él.

I took the Jewish Quarter tour with Robert and the Old Town tour with Antek. Both tours were wonderful - interesting, informative and really told the story behind the places we went through. Robert and Antek were really great guides, each with their own personal touch, very knowledgeable and both kept the groups fascinated through the entire time. It's obvious they love what they do for a living. Thanks Antek and Robert! Hope to meet you next time I'm in the city :)
We booked the Jewish ghetto free tour yesterday morning for the afternoon in English. Nikki g was easy, email confirmation and started on time. Our guide Robert introduced us to the square and was very clear and easily to understand. Very knowledgable and related the info to various people that had an impact - can recommend this tour. Fair bit of walking but was expected. Would consider other tours with this company if in Warsaw again. Thanks Robert!
Robert was a truly amazing guide. He provided very detailed information regarding each site that we visited, and read poignant quotes and poems from important figures from Jewish history in Warsaw. I left the tour with a much greater understanding of the history of the Warsaw Ghetto. Robert happily answered my numerous questions regarding genealogy/Warsaw, so this was a huge added bonus! An informative and personalized tour of Jewish Warsaw that bridged the pre-war period, through the difficult WW2 period and into the post-war period through to the present.
