Nice …but !

Very good day out with just a few issues. The guide was difficult to understand as his English although very good was still hard to make out. (It wasn’t just me) as others were also looking confused. Also, he liked to get across his political views which annoyed us. Leave politics out of holidays.

it was okay

Good tour for wine tasting and horse show, which was not the case for us, hence dissatisfied

experience

It's hard to give this trip a rating based just on this experience. First of all, things started late since our guide was ill that day. Our Spanish wasn't good enough to have a detailed conversation with the driver when we went to Jerez. Both the winery guide and the winery tour were fantastic. He had a small collision on the way back to the bus. They debated who was at fault and shared details for another forty-five minutes. Despite her enthusiasm, our guide in Cadiz struggled with her English due to exhaustion.

Too much expectation

We are always disappointed with the wait from the beginning of the excursion. Arrival at 9:15am departure not before 10am. Transport problem... Long start

The joy of travel

Excellent… Informative, enjoyable, memorable, very well organized. Will be definitely recommended to family and friends.

Frustrating

Tour guide was good, but tour company poor. Communication poor, extended pickup and transfer delays. Our second attempt to travel with this company was little better than first time, only this tour guide was much better.

Full Day; Lots to See; Multi-lingual

It was a great tour, and we had a very good first look at Jerez and Cadiz. The tour company had to be nimble because there was a road race in town and many streets were blocked, so the logistics were not usual. Antonio is very knowledgable and is a character, and tells many fun stories (to be taken with a grain of salt). There is a lot packed into a one day tour, so you move along. The tour group almost filled a big bus, and Antonio make his remarks in three different languages (Spanish, English, French), so bravo to Antonio for his language skills, but there was some dead time as each explanation was given 3 times.

Not quite what we expected

It’s difficult to rate this tour on this experience alone. Firstly our guide was sick on the day so it started late. We drove to Jerez and our Spanish wasn’t up to detailed communication with the driver. The winery tour was very good and the winery guide was excellent. On returning to the bus he had a minor collision as he set off. Another 45 minute delay while they exchanged details and argued about who was to blame. Our guide in Cadiz was enthusiastic but struggled with her English so spent several sentences ensuring we got her drift. This was tiring after a while and we ducked out so we could walk around the centre. Our Australian companions completed the tour and enjoyed it. The whole visit was compressed and many shops and cafes were closing for siesta during this time. I’m sure on another day with a guide and no delays it would have been a better experience.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We sincerely apologize for the unforeseen circumstances that affected your experience — including the delayed start due to the guide’s illness and the unexpected incident with the vehicle. While we always aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable day, sometimes situations beyond our control can impact the flow of the tour, and we truly regret the inconvenience this caused. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the winery tour in Jerez and appreciated the guide’s expertise there. We also value your feedback regarding the language level of the Cádiz guide — we understand how important clear communication is, especially during a guided visit. Your comments will help us improve in this area. We hope you’ll consider joining us again in the future under better circumstances, so you can fully enjoy the experience we strive to offer every day. Warm regards
