Esta es tu oportunidad de descubrir lo mejor de Madeira. Empezamos visitando el Mirador de Cabo Girão, uno de los miradores más altos de Europa. Continuamos nuestro recorrido por los caminos rurales del Lugar de Baixo, por tradicionales caminos agrícolas que nos llevan fuera de carretera a través del bosque de Laurissilva hasta la meseta de Paul da Serra. Hacemos una breve parada en un bar local donde mostramos nuestra tradicional Poncha (opcional). Continuamos hasta Fanal, donde paramos para observar su parque natural, donde podemos encontrar árboles centenarios, su fauna y flora. Continuando nuestro recorrido nos dirigimos a Porto Moniz, donde haremos una pausa para probar la gastronomía local (almuerzo), y aprovecharemos las piscinas naturales para un breve baño (opcional). Reanudamos el recorrido, pasando por lugares como Ribeira da Janela, Ribeira Funda, Seixal, lugares con mucha cultura madeirense, playas naturales, cascadas, etc. Finalizando nuestro viaje regresando a Funchal.

Nuestro viaje por este lado de la isla pasa por lugares míticos como el mirador de Cabo Girão, uno de los miradores más famosos de Europa con una altura de 589 metros.
Observamos los caminos típicos de Madeira, los caminos típicos de frutas tropicales como plátanos, papayas, mangos, etc…
Parada para PONCHA, cafetería, baño, etc…
Nos adentramos en todo terreno entre la laurisilva con unas vistas increíbles, sólo posibles con nuestros vehículos 4×4.
Luego iniciamos nuestro ascenso hacia las montañas, donde nos detenemos en el fanal para observar su bosque, donde podrás sorprenderte, divertirte, caminar o relajarte con solo observar sus árboles centenarios, su flora y fauna.
Aquí paramos para almorzar en un restaurante local. Si lo deseas, podrás darte un chapuzón en las piscinas naturales para vivir una experiencia única.
Haga un viaje para ver la famosa Ribeira da Janela y sus islotes frente al Mar del Norte.
Parada en la playa de arena negra de Seixal.
Pasando por la ciudad de São Vicente, oportunidad de observar las cascadas, degustar el ron y la biodiversidad y los caminos del norte.

Last minute trip but an amazing Fantastic fun day out experiencing everything Madeira has to offer 🥳🎉🕺
Great day out. Picked up and dropped off from the hotel. Friendly knowledgeable guide. The off road bits are not scary no horrible cliff edges. Nice balance with time not being rushed from point to point. 2 hours in porto moniz for lunch and swimming in the lava pools. You get a flavour of life on the west side of the island.
From start to finish our guide and driver Francisco was excellent (definitely deserves a bonus!). Very knowledgable, considerate, and an incredible driver given some of the roads are a bit hairy! All our stops were well thought out and gave us good time to explore and enjoy. Nothing was too much trouble. We rallied with two other jeeps from the same company for the journey and they were good fun too! Excellent company on the ride, and it was just a fantastic experience and opportunity to see the west of the island. *they also offer to book a buffet in Porto Moniz for you. It’s €21 and directly opposite the volcanic rock pools. I’d say it was worth it for taste, time, and getting in the sea quicker! Definitely recommend sturdy shoes, a coat, and swimwear for this trip. You’ll go through a plethora of weather and terrain but it all adds to the fun. Very grateful for a wonderful day out!
Abandoned us on the other side of the island. Was 1.5 hours late to pick us up. Unfortunately this company can not be trusted. Cost us €125 for a return taxi from where they abandoned us.
Fun and informative day out. Can be a bit windy and chilly at the Fanal Forest so a jacket is a good idea.
We enjoyed seeing such varied landscapes from beach to mountains on this tour! If you suffer from motion sickness, take medication ahead of time as climbing the mountain can be hard even inside the Jeep. Up the mountain can be cooler so bring layers and bring money for your stops not included, snacks, lunch and souvenirs.
Absolutely amazing experience! The Jeep Safari 4x4 West Madeira tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day fun and relaxed. The off-road sections were exciting without ever feeling unsafe, and the views at Porto Moniz, Fanal, and Cabo Girão were breathtaking. We loved the mix of adventure, nature, and local insights.
