What a fun, educational and happy experience we had with Damien and Daisy! Our carriage was beautiful and pristine and Daisy delighted us with her prancing trot and fashionable and flattering head ornament. Damien had very useful suggestions regarding what to visit on our own and why. All in all, by the end of our ride we were all seriously contemplating a return trip to the area!
We loved the visit to the Muckcross Abby included with this tour. The tree of life was amazing. Damian McCarthy was kind enough to bring us all the way to the door of our hotel afterwards.
We had a wonderful time with Darin and Duke! We visited the Mulcross Abbey and the national forest. We learned about the history and the mountains and the lochs! Great conversation and experience!
Damien (driver) and Daisy (horse) made this an unforgettable experience as part of our stay in Killarney. Damien was extremely knowledgeable and provided so much great information both historical and present day. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for aa way to enhance their visit to the area.
Damien was great! We enjoyed this experience so much that the rest of our group booked for the next morning.
Great experience with McCarthy’s, Damien was terrific. We highly recommend using them as they have a family business and the pick up spot is a private lot in their family’s bnb. They take great care of their horses as well. We did the abbey tour in Killarney national Park. Cheat code - their is a Spar convenience store 2 minutes away that has a great selection, very clean, great food and extra parking.
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Owen, our driver on 7/13 who drove us to the national park. I’m certain Jaunting Cars get hundreds of positive comments about Owen, and I’ll just join the list. He tells wonderful stories, provides interesting information, and is an all-around likable character. His passion for the horses really shines through. Thanks for sending us Owen!
Damien and Molly were an absolute pleasure! The tour was informative and interesting. We made a stop at Muckross and had time to explore. The tour was extremely enjoyable and fun
Loved the carriage ride through the park. Patrick was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of the history of the park.
Great tour! Damien was awesome and very knowledgeable. Loved all the history he pointed out around the area.
