Good boat AT time, nothing to Say , normal boat which respect Time in south East asia I recommanded to book this ferry
Thank you very much for your kind review. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the service and the punctuality of our ferry. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future. Best Regards, Oh-Hoo Team
The ferry did its no frills job of dropping us to the Klong Jilad pier but because the operator did not offer a drop to town (Viator is wrong here when they say that transfer is included in the ticket price - we contacted the tour operator directly Oh Hoo and she said drop is not included), we had to struggle when we reached the port. Grab did not work and everyone had a flat price: 150 THB for a shared minivan or 500 THB (came down to 400 THB if you waited) for a taxi. I would recommend talking to the man who goes around to every passenger on the ferry itself and offers this service at the same cost - it will save you time.
Service and the vessel both were good with extreme care taken during onboarding and taking through view points
Good value, no problems. Whole process easy. Helpful. Toilets and food on board. Not sure what else to say
The punctuality was excellent. The only problem was the so many luggages on each other, which is not too safe if there is something injurable inside. It was a pleasant journey.
I'm used to some things with about 25+ holidays in and around Thailand, but this is really not possible. The location itself is fine, looks neat. But what a terrible rude staff! You don't get whipped at the boat yet, but I don't think that's going to take long. Like a true camp leader, someone shouts down the hall to "fuck off" or else "I'll f**k you in your a**" I didn't believe my ears! What did he shout? Others agreed, he really said it. Unheard of! I don't know who owns the pier, but I'll find out at home. I will go to the highest authority to deal with these and other idiots there! Because on the way back again the same scene. Like cows, you are chased off the pier to screaming taxi drivers for follow-up transport. No respect whatsoever for the tourists. You just don't have an alternative to get to PhiPhi, you do have to take a ferry. And that's why these people have free rein to mess with. So far, then...
Dear Gerard B Bedankt voor je tijd en deel je ervaringen met ons. we kijken ernaar uit u in de nabije toekomst weer te verwelkomen. Doe het rustig aan en een mooie dag verder. Kind regards, Sugar OH-HOO TEAM
