Our trip to Sri Lanka was truly unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding travel agency that organized every detail with such care and professionalism. From the very beginning, we felt completely supported and in good hands. A special highlight of our journey was our guide, Keerthi who was exceptional in every way. He was incredibly helpful, flexible to our needs, always warm and welcoming, and genuinely eager to share his knowledge. A wonderful and memorable experience with Aswar our guide who is well knowledgeable and well experienced. We became friends at last and the fun we had will long last forever. Aashik from Kingfisher was very helpful always accompanied and checked weather we are safe and do we require anything and he also planned us a perfect itinerary covering major attractions around the country within a short time My experience in Sri Lanka with Kingfisher Tours was amazing and I highly recommend everyone to use them for future tours

I had started preparing my tour 5 months in advance and I wanted to go diving in turquoise water. I had 2 proposals in this direction and the 3rd Kingfisher tour Srilanka convinced me that the journey is long from Surigya Triconmale and that it is better to do it in the south at Unawuatuna. I advise you with feedback to do diving in Triconmale. The duration is 1h30. In addition, Aashik was committed to respecting the hotels chosen together. I was disappointed with my choice of Kingfisher tour. The hotels were booked the day before for the next day, thus benefiting from discounts of up to 50%. We sometimes came across lousy hotels. Really disappointed with my choice. Luckily we had a good driver Surendra. Do not trust this company's commitments. They may be obsolete on site. And it will be difficult to correct once there. I had started preparing my trip 5 months in advance and I wanted to dive into turquoise water near pigeon island. I had 2 proposals in this direction and the 3rd Kingfisher tour Srilanka had convinced me that the journey is long from Surigya Triconmale and that it is better to do it in the south in Unawuatuna. I advise you with the feedback to do the diving in Triconmale. It's 1h30 the duration. In addition, Aashik was committed to respecting the hotels chosen together. I was disappointed with my choice of Kingfisher tour. The hotels were booked the day before for the next day, thus benefitting from discounts of 50%. We had come across shabby hotels sometimes. Really disappointed with my choice. Fortunately, we had a good Surendra driver. Do not trust the commitments of this company. They can be missed on site. And it will be difficult to correct once there.
Dear Sir/Madam, First of we are really sorry for the inconvience happened by the way in our point of view we cleared you everything regarding your trip and suggested some other routes as well where you agreed and once and then you changed your plans thus we agreed to make you happy but we are still confused on after giving you all what we promised why did we gain the bad review from you. An exceptional experience with Aashik and his team, We a group 70 adults travelled Sri Lanka for our friends reunion and enjoyed this wonderful country with lots of memories to cherish for lifetime. I cannot recommend this company more than this since my day 1 they never failed to suprise me with all their services, We got contacted with Aashik who was so polite and getting us sort the things we need as per per request Our driver Aswar met us at the Airport with garten of flowers and a smile, His driving skills and knowledge on the country is exceptional Our Hotels are in a fantastic locations and the rooms are perfect, Thank you team Kingfisher for making our holiday a memorable one and we will definitely use them over and over again when we meet Sri Lanka Lots of love from Germany
