This tour was cancelled the day before!! We booked over 60 days ago. We tried getting (free) Cathedral tickets on the Cathedral website for the same day when we learned of the cancellation, but they were SOLD OUT! The short notice is very unprofessional. Elsiago was scheduled to be our guide. If he had an issue & was unable to tour, then his company should have found a replacement. We are only in Paris 2 days & visiting the rebuilt Cathedral was at the top of our list. Extremely disappointed as to how this was handled on short notice. Of course we expect to get our money back. But we will be unable to visit now. Avoid booking with this company.
Very interesting and necessary to understand the cathedral. The guide was full of information and showed pictures of the before and after construction and renovations.
Very nice small group tour. 4 people total. Immediate access (bypassing a huge line ). Monty was our guide. He is very knowledgeable, speaks clearly and concisely and overall made the tour both educational and enjoyable.

The guide, Liz, and experience was really great. Super interesting and informative. But communication between Viator and the tour operator was a little messy

The one-hour tour, which ended up being just our family of four, was a great way to see the inside of Notre Dame for the first time. Our guide, Fetah, shared interesting history and anecdotes with us throughout the tour. It was wonderful to be able to skip the long lines and enter the cathedral so easily too. After the tour, we were able to stay in the cathedral to further explore as well.
