Opciones de la excursión
Itinerario

We had a wonderful Amman city tour that gave us a great introduction to the capital of Jordan. The tour covered the main highlights, including the Citadel, the Roman Theater, and downtown Amman, with plenty of time to enjoy the views and atmosphere. What really made the experience special was our driver, who was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the city. He made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the day and was happy to share local insights and recommendations. Thanks to his excellent service, the tour was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amman.
It was fantastic trip un amman, we have did the amman citadel, and the roman theatur, and downtoun. We would lkve to thankthe great driver
Lovely day we have spent into Amman City. The attraction sites were so nice and attractive, the view of the Amman Citadel were incredible! Our driver was very helpful for us and really enjoyed the whole day. Many thanks guys.
This tour was amazing. We enjoyed touring Amman, learning about its history, and visiting its various landmarks. My children also had a great time. Their favorite museums were the Tank Museum, the Amman Citadel, and the Roman Steps. The museum is filled with military memorabilia, and one of the rooms is designed as if you're walking through a battlefield. The Citadel was captivating, and you can see the entire city from the top of the hill. There's so much to see, but space is limited to express how much we loved Amman. I highly recommend this tour if you're visiting Amman.
Amman Citadel: When visiting Amman, one of the primary things you should do is learn about the city's history. Roman Theatre: The location is wonderful and the antiquities are awesome and distinctive, but there is a note that I hope will be fixed: the treatment of the employees is not good, but everything is beautiful except this note. King Abdullah Mosque: It is the only Mosque in Amman that can be visited by non-muslin people. I have visited in the past other mosques in Turkey and they are far more reach. This is a modern building, honestly nothing special. It is of course a to-do activity in Amman because of the culture and to understand a religion different from ours, but as a monument itself it is nothing special. We have enjoyed in this city much more than we except! It's worth it.
The tour was supposed to be a guided tour visiting all the locations as advertised (The Citadel, Roman Theatre, Al Balad – Downtown Amman, King Abdullah Mosque, Rainbow Street, Royal Automobile Museum, The Jordan Museum). Instead, we just got a driver, without a guide, who said that he was asked to take us to just 3 locations (The Citadel, Roman Theatre and King Abdullah Mosque), without any tour guide. We paid extra when we arrived at The Citadel for a guide, but the for the rest we were just dropped off and picked up and left on our own. Definitely, not what we paid for and definitely not worth the money we paid. I wanted to seek a refund, but it is so difficult to find anything on the Trip Advisor website when something goes wrong to report it, so unfortunately I was not able to report this problem.
Thank you for your valuable review of our services. Unfortunately, it became clear to us that you have no idea about the tour details, and that we have offered six different options. Note, that everything is already mentioned under the tour option you choose, and is available step-by-step in the tour option details. But you did not read the details of the options that were provided to you before you booked, we've no advantage to hiding any details from our customers. Please read the details of anything carefully before booking it. Have good luck next time.
The worst value tour ever. We had a driver who insisted he was not a tour guide and would just drive us around without stopping anywhere!! For the price, based on reviews we assumed a tour guide was being included. We had a hire car at the hotel and did not need a driver. He made a call and was told he had to make stops!! However, we checked our itinerary and he did not take us to Al Balad, Royal Automobile, or the Jordan Museum. 4 hours without a drop of water supplied was another misleading content of the tour. Never known a worse shambles: it cost nearly 6 days of our car hire for 4 hours. We were completely mislead by the itinerary and reviews. Reality is it was a complete waste of money.
Dear Winter, Thanks for your review! That option you have chosen doesn't include a local guide over the trip! The tour could covered within 3-4 hours, The Royal Automobile Museum and the Jordan Museum do not include this option as well! Please make sure to read all the details carefully next time before starting to buy any trip. Thanks for your kindly understanding.
Prompt response from the tour company when I enquired about pick up point, but that’s the only credit I can give them. I was assigned a driver who doesn’t speak English when the tour description said “English speaking driver”. The driver, despite his best effort, had not been able to tell me anything about Amman when we were busy spending much time on Google translate from English to Arabic and vice versa. There is no Wi-Fi on the car, no bottled water either. The description on the tour stops is misleading, if the shorter version only includes three stops that I can get out of the car, it should have been specified in the first place, for highlights that the driver can only pass by and “show on the car”, it should be mentioned too to give an accurate information for customer to know what to expect. The tour , specified to last 4hours, came to an end at just about 3hrs 15 minutes. The driver, unable to explain to me, called the tour company VIP Jordan Limo so that I can speak to someone who speaks English, and I was told 3hrs 15min should be taken as good enough for a 4hrs tour , and that “that’s what you get because you choose to have the 10am start and there is traffic problem “. When I asked about Rainbow Street, I was told the driver is not allowed to stop there and hence “can only be shown as highlight”. Apparently, the staff didn’t mind either when I told him explicitly I will put this in my review. I was very disappointed about the service I received, maybe I should have refused to go along in the first place when I found out being assigned a non English speaking driver and request a refund. I will give credit to the driver, who did try his best, though not sufficient in his ability, to help me in every way possible, and I really appreciate that. But recommending this tour is quite out of the question, it brought a pretty unhappy start to my vacation here, and honestly not the best first impression of Amman.
The attractions of Amman were admirably seen and enjoyed throughout our excursion. All around Jordan, people greeted us with open arms. We had a fantastic tour guide Fadi. About every place we went, he provided us some background knowledge. This tour is definitely recommended for anyone planning to visit Jordan.
Discovering the Jordanian capital with half the inhabitants of this country was incredible. Its alleys, its souces, its citadel and especially its history
