Itinerario
Después del pick-up en tu hotel, te llevaremos al famoso Parque Nacional Iguazú, del lado argentino de las cataratas. ¡Mantené los ojos bien abiertos! Podés llegar a ver fauna típica de la selva subtropical que rodea el parque (tucanes, loros y coatíes, entre otros).
Las Cataratas del Iguazú son una de las atracciones naturales más espectaculares de Sudamérica y del mundo: ¡fueron declaradas Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO! Al llegar, deberás presentar tu entrada y acceder al parque (entrada no incluida en el precio del tour).
Después, vas a subir al tren ecológico que atraviesa la selva de Iguazú para llegar a la pasarela que ofrece vistas de la imponente Garganta del Diablo, la caída de agua más importante y espectacular de todas. ¡Te vas a asombrar con la fuerza de millones de litros de agua cayendo desde distintas alturas! **En caso de que el tren hacia la Garganta del Diablo esté muy concurrido, se intentará visitar primero otros sectores menos concurridos.
Después de recorrer la Garganta del Diablo, seguirás explorando las pasarelas del circuito inferior o superior, acompañado por un guía local especializado. Ambos circuitos te van a sorprender: El CIRCUITO INFERIOR ofrece una experiencia más íntima con la naturaleza. Vas a caminar entre la selva hasta el corazón de las cataratas, donde podés sentir el “espíritu” de la jungla: su humedad, sus sonidos y sus aromas. El CIRCUITO SUPERIOR regala vistas panorámicas impresionantes desde lo alto de las cataratas. Es el lugar ideal para relajarte, con el sonido del agua de fondo y el sol sobre la piel. Las pasarelas elevadas te llevan por encima de varias de las principales caídas de agua. ¿Tenés hambre? Vas a tener un tiempo libre para almorzar (almuerzo no incluido).
Después de recorrer los circuitos, te vas a subir a un camión descubierto para atravesar la exuberante selva tropical, acompañado por un guía bilingüe. Luego bajarás por las escaleras que llevan al muelle. Y ahora sí, el momento que estabas esperando: ¡embarcarte en una aventura en lancha inolvidable! Vas a acercarte a los saltos Tres Mosqueteros y disfrutar de vistas impresionantes de la Garganta del Diablo, que corona el cañón. Y para sumar más adrenalina, vas a enfrentar el imponente Salto San Martín, ¡el segundo más grande de todos! ¡Vas a terminar empapado! **La navegación cubre 6 km (2 km de rápidos). **Por favor, revisá la lista de restricciones más abajo para asegurarte de que podés vivir esta aventura. **El paseo en lancha puede verse afectado si el nivel del río es demasiado bajo o demasiado alto (esto suele ocurrir unas dos veces al año).
Después de disfrutar de las últimas vistas del día, te llevaremos de regreso a tu hotel en Puerto Iguazú. **El orden del itinerario puede modificarse por cuestiones operativas. El guía decidirá qué circuito visitar primero para evitar largas filas y grandes aglomeraciones. **Los horarios pueden variar según las condiciones climáticas, el tráfico, etc.

El servicio de pick-up desde hoteles en el centro de Puerto Iguazú está incluido. Si tu hotel no figura en la lista, por favor indicá el nombre al momento de la reserva en el campo "Requisitos especiales". Si te alojás en un Airbnb o fuera del centro, por favor informanos la dirección. Si tu alojamiento está lejos o el acceso es complicado para el vehículo, te avisaremos si coordinamos un punto de encuentro o si es necesario cotizar un traslado adicional. El pick-up desde el centro de Foz do Iguaçu NO está incluido. En ese caso, te enviaremos una cotización para el servicio de traslado extra.

- El personal de la empresa de paseos en lancha se reserva el derecho de determinar tu aptitud para acceder a la atracción y pueden negarte el ingreso. Say Hueque queda exento de cualquier responsabilidad al respecto.
- Por favor, revisá las restricciones del paseo en lancha antes de reservar. En caso de no poder embarcar, no se realizarán reembolsos.
- El paseo en lancha puede verse afectado si el nivel del río es demasiado bajo o demasiado alto (esto suele ocurrir unas dos veces al año). En ese caso, se te ofrecerá una navegación alternativa o un reembolso parcial.
- La lancha que va hasta las cataratas tiene capacidad para aproximadamente 45 pasajeros.
- El horario de recogida esta sujeto a modificaciones.
- Para participar en el Paseo en Barco 'Gran Aventura', cada pasajero debe llevar consigo su pasaporte. Los miembros del personal de la empresa pueden requerir esta documentación.
- Durante la temporada de Navidad y Año Nuevo, el tour puede consistir en grupos de hasta 40 pasajeros debido a la alta demanda.
- Debido a los protocolos de seguridad preventiva asociados con los patrones climáticos estacionales de El Niño, el acceso público + el viaje en tren al circuito de la Garganta del Diablo se ha pausado temporalmente para salvaguardar la infraestructura del parque. La mayoría del Parque Nacional Iguazú permanece abierto, seguro y plenamente operativo.

Well-organized and punctual tour. Very kind and knowledgeable guide. You are going to get quite wet. I recommend wearing something waterproof to better enjoy the experience. The all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant is not very good.

Great day and experience! Jorge taught us a lot and showed us a lot in the national park, along the trails, train ride, shuttle ride to/from hotel… Boat ride under the falls was the wildest part of the trip. Glad we did it at the end so we could wash the sweat off from the hiking!

Excellent experience. Tour guy was very well knowledge and give us enough time for pictures. The best thing was the boat across the waterfalls.

My pickup was great. Exactly on time. Guide was knowledgable and friendly on the drive to the park. Once at the park we were given 2 options to take the boat ride at 8:30 which our guide pressed us for or at 2:30 which he said we may have to wait 2 hours to get into the boat. We all agreed to 8:30. The boat ride was great. Really fun and highly recommended. Then the walk started though the falls. We were told to meet back by a certain time. If you are blown away by the tremendous beauty and love to be in the wonder and awe in a space where you cannot believe what you are experiencing, then THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. If you just want a picture to say you were at the falls go for it. Long story short I was late to the first meet up but it was lunch for an hour. So I could have stayed and admired the falls longer. OK. So lunch is over and the guide is essentially saying we are done with the tour although we had not seen all of it. Reason for this was that a family on the tour with us did not go on the boat ride and they had already seen all the falls so therefore it was done. The tour guide said, "There is nothing more to see because you have already seen it from the boat." WHAT??? This upset several people so we were told we had 30 minutes to walk the lower part of the falls which by the way is spectacular and should not be missed by any means. I took more than 30 minutes because if one is there to enjoy it takes minimum an hour.I could see people on the tour literally running from point to point to be done. Phone service also is very limited so I was not receiving the texts or phone calls that said they were leaving. And so they did. But this was better for me. I could enjoy other parts of the park and ride the train and stay until I was done. An uber ride was $10. So much better! Take the bus, buy your own activities and ticket at the gate. Will be cheaper and a much better experience. Also, I had booked with them a tour to the Brazil side the next day. Fortunately no one came to pick me up so I took the bus, bought my own ticket, and stayed at my leisure at this incredible place. I saw the tour guides there and was just so happy I was not part of that group. When someone is traveling thousands of miles and spending $$$ to see this great wonder, to have a guide blow it off as something so insignificant, then it's not the right tour to book. Reason the low points for value for money; The guide was really excited to tell us we could be done by 1:30-2. Had we taken the 2:30 boat ride we would be done 3:30-4? So a lot of time was lost viewing the falls by taking the morning boat ride.

That said, we understand that the pace of a shared excursion may not suit every travel style. For travelers who particularly enjoy spending extended time immersed in nature or who prefer complete flexibility at each stop, a private tour can be a better option, as the day can be adapted more closely to their individual interests and preferred pace. We are sorry that, in this case, the shared experience did not match the way you wanted to explore such an extraordinary place. Problem was, the description did not mention that we would be walking the upper and lower circuits, at all. I had just done that on my own the day before. So really all I experienced different from the day before was the boat. There was also organized bus, whereas I'd done public bus day before. The train did not happen as Devil's Throat is closed. The guide was lovely but mostly just organized a bunch of ferrel cats. Not worth the price at all.

Fantastic waterfalls, but totally unnecessary to spend a lot of money on this 'tour'. All 'features' are also for sale in the park and outside the season, this seems to be fine in terms of crowds. When you book the boat, it's a good idea to bring a set of dry clothes, or rather - a set of clothes specifically for getting wet. The guide was very nice but brought little knowledge about the location.
Hallo, Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je ervaring te delen. We zijn blij te horen dat je de watervallen fantastisch vond en dat je onze gids vriendelijk vond. We begrijpen dat reizigers die graag alles zelfstandig regelen het park ook op eigen gelegenheid kunnen bezoeken. Het doel van onze tour is vooral om de volledige logistiek te verzorgen en de verschillende onderdelen — vervoer vanaf het hotel, begeleiding in het park, trein, safari en boottocht — op één dag te coördineren, zodat reizigers zich daar geen zorgen over hoeven te maken. Tegelijkertijd vinden we het jammer om te horen dat de uitleg van de gids niet de inhoudelijke meerwaarde bood die je verwachtte. Die feedback nemen we zeker mee. En een extra set droge kleding voor de boottocht is inderdaad een uitstekende tip! Bedankt voor je eerlijke feedback en voor je bezoek aan Iguazú.
It is a good experience, but expensive. Our guide Sergio Martyn was wonderful and Viator's customer service was too. I give the experience a four instead of a five because I thought it was expensive. But I give Sergio an excellent!

Great adventure in Iguazu. Going during the winter months were great as the crowds were very low. The falls are beautiful. This tour picked us up at the hotel and got us right to the Park. Our guide, Jorge, was very knowledgeable and kept the tour moving at a great pace. The boat ride is the best part - you get right up close, and under. You will be soaked, but that makes it all the more fun.
