No one showed up. Booking number: 1349638773. I called the help number and was told nothing they could do. So I am stuck at airport. Finally arranged a ride to hotel when viator called and said they could get someone there...too late. No support, I am reconsidering using Viator in the future

Despite providing our flight information in advance, we waited at MCO for over an hour with a toddler and received no communication from the transfer company. We contacted Viator Customer Service for assistance, but they also experienced difficulty reaching the provider. After spending too time on the phone in the airport attempting to resolve the issue—time that should have been spent traveling to our resort—we ultimately had to arrange our own transportation via Uber. Only after we were already en route did the company respond, claiming the driver was now waiting for us. We selected this service specifically because a car seat was required for our granddaughter. Given that the transfer was never completed and additional transportation costs were incurred, a full refund is requested.

We booked a round trip from hotel to MCO. Both of our drivers were prompt, communicated promptly, clean cars, and arrival and pick up were great. The only downside was on our part bc tips are cash only (I thought I could add it to the app or Venmo). Their service was great. I would definitely use them again.

Our driver seemed inexperienced but attentive. He didn't know where to instruct us for pickup, so the initial pickup from the airport was awkward. The return was better with the same driver; much improved.

Our driver let us know where to meet him once we had our luggage BUT due to lightning, the ramps were closed and checked luggage was not going to be taken off the aircraft until the storm passed. An hour and a half later, we had our bags. We stayed in communication through the process and he waited for us.
