Kindly supported from booking. Check-in seemless and transfer was fast and smooth. Liked the bigger boat, very comfortable.
The communication was unexpected and so helpful. Great service, ferry was on time and clean. Crew efficient with bags. We didn't We had to transfer from the big fast ferry to smaller boat to get ashore. It was all smooth but wearher was calm. Very good and highly recommend
The tour guide company were amazing they kept us updated throughout, they doubled checked everything and confirmed it the day before as well as also messaging us throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. You will receive a confirmation of the ferry in whatsapp. You will receive an entrance ticket upon check-in. You know, 30,000 taxes have to be paid all of a sudden. That should just be in the price. No problem, but the travelers who check in with me immediately find this all annoying and unnecessary. PLEASE NOTE the receipt you will receive is ALSO required at check-in later. This is NOT said to the travellers when paying. In short the trip is good, the hassle with ticket and tax is not good.
