My family and I booked this tour and we absolutely loved it!!!! First of all, the price was awesome, $100 per person and it includes the boat ride there and back which was super smooth and fast. We met our captain David who was super sweet and made us feel welcomed and safe. Once we arrived to the island, which i must say is absolutely beautiful we met up with our guide Javier who had our beach umbrella already set up for us and our cooler that was filled with soda, water, and beer! They make sure to give you and everyone else their space, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. We also did the snorkeling (face gear and floaty included) with him which was so fun. He made sure to make my mom feel super safe (she can't swim lol) and insured her there was nothing to worry about that she was in good hands... she ended up loving it!! We also did jet skis; it's not part of the excursion but there were guys there renting out their jet skis for $40 which wasn't bad and so much fun. If you're thinking of booking this, do it with no hesitation it's so worth it and seriously a beautiful experience for the 5 hours that youre there. Javier and David thank you for making this experience amazing for my family and I, we will definitely book again on our next visit!!!

Eric was great the moment we got there and we had a blast with Pedro as our captain with our music and dancing!!! They were so supportive, informational, and kind!! We loved our day at Icacos!!!

We had a great time on the Island!! It was a short ride to a beautiful island. The main event was when a dolphin swam at least 2 feet up to me and my daughter!! It was so surreal!! Eric our host was awesome!! Thank you!!

Icacos is amazing (scuba diving is a must!). The guides were attentive and had the umbrella, cold beverages, and snorkeling gear ready before we arrived. Good communication leading up to the excursion. Great experience!

We rented a private boat for four hours had the best time the captain was wonderful. He helped us. He served us all day. We had a great experience.

We had a group of 8 ranging in age from 15–62 and took the water taxi to Icacos. The employees who helped us were all very kind and friendly. I unfortunately don’t remember their names, but there were 3 of them who attended to us, and the ride there and back was comfortable, smooth, and felt very safe. Icacos itself was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous water, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the island. That being said, this review is really more about the value and the experience compared to what was advertised. We paid $100 per person, so $800 total for our group, and honestly felt that the experience didn’t quite match the expectations set by the listing. We did receive a cooler with drinks and umbrellas, which was nice. We thought chairs were included based on the listing, although it did mention that we could bring additional chairs if we wanted. Unfortunately, there were no chairs available for us, although they did let us sit on the cooler. Masks and snorkels also weren’t provided, so luckily we brought our own. The listing also mentioned being able to join the crew for a hiking and/or snorkeling session. The snorkeling area was right along the shore and was very small. We did see some fish, but there wasn’t anything particularly special about the area. The guides didn’t actually join us in the water. One of them pointed out where the snorkeling section was, but that was pretty much the extent of the guidance. We were the only group there, which was nice, but the area itself was so small that it didn’t feel like much of a snorkeling excursion. We were also told about the hike, but once we arrived, we weren’t asked if we wanted to join or shown where/when to go. We also didn’t specifically ask about it, so instead we just walked around on our own and found a small pier. Overall, we had a great day on Icacos and the water taxi service itself was great. The employees were kind, and we felt safe the entire time. But for $800, we expected more of the guided experience and amenities that were described in the listing. Personally, I would have felt much better about paying around $60 per person for transportation to and from Icacos and bringing our own supplies. If the price were lower and the experience was simply transportation, I would have no complaints. But at $100 per person, I just don’t feel like the snorkeling, gear, seating, and guided activities provided matched what we expected from the listing. The island is beautiful and definitely worth visiting — I just think it’s important to have realistic expectations about what is actually included.

I've you're headed to PR, don't miss spending a day at Cayo Icacos! East Coast Water Taxi provided incredible service for our group of six. Captain David, Javier, and Elian were super nice and helpful! Snorkeling equipment was included, beach umbrellas, as well as coolers of water and sodas. We were dropped off late morning and were picked up about five hours later. The water is heavenly, crystal clear, and calm. Bring your own snacks, towels, and and beach supplies. Don't forget a waterproof bag for your phone!

Such a fun day for our 3 and 8 year old and their parents! The staff was so nice and having an umbrella with a cooler or cold beverages was great. Highly recommend.
