Nuestro tour comienza con un paseo relajante e informativo a través de increíbles paisajes de Hvar que nos lleva a la parte central de la isla que contiene una de las regiones vinícolas más importantes de la isla. ¡Así redondearemos nuestra idea de nutrir todos tus sentidos en un día que recordarás para siempre!

Itinerario
A partir de la ciudad de Hvar, el tour continúa hasta la fortaleza de Napoleón a 250 metros de elevación con una vista increíble de la ciudad de Hvar y las islas Paklinski circundantes.
El recorrido continúa siguiendo la antigua carretera, a la parte central de la isla conduciendo a través de las redes de las paredes de piedra seca, pueblos pintorescos y campos de lavanda.
Nuestra segunda parada es la Capilla de St. Roko, un lugar con una maravillosa vista de la ciudad de Stari Grad y la Llanura de Stari Grad (Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO).
A nuestra llegada a Jelsa, nuestro anfitrión en la bodega Duboković es el Sr. Ivo Duboković - el propietario de uno de los mejores vinos croatas llamado "Medvid". Solo produce entre 15.000 y 20.000 botellas al año y, por lo tanto, sus vinos son demandados. La bodega de Duboković está situada en una "konoba" tradicional dálmata en Jelsa. Uno de sus viñedos cooperativos se encuentra a una altitud de 530 m cerca del pico San Nicolás de Hvar y tiene más de 90 años (variedad de vino autóctona llamada "Darnekuša"). Aparte de vinos también degustarás una amplia variedad de aceites de oliva aromatizados que produce. El Sr. Ivo Duboković es un hombre que no teme experimentar con vinos y aceite de oliva, y eso lo hace tan especial. Como resultado, sus vinos se pueden encontrar en los escritorios de los mejores restaurantes de Croacia, Suiza, Alemania, y recientemente incluso en Francia. Esta modesta pero admirada bodega te sorprenderá y el sabor de los aceites de oliva aromatizados te seguirá durante tus vacaciones.
El tour termina con un traslado de regreso a su hotel después de la degustación siguiendo la nueva carretera (viaje más corto).

Petar was an excellent guide! He is very funny and knowledgeable about Hvar and Croatia in general. The wine tasting was a unique experience. Down in the cellar with candles. Stopped at a local honey stand on the way to the tasting and bought rosemary and lavender honey.
Luca was extremely knowledgeable and even more friendly. The island tour was a perfect appetizer for the wine tasting, which was very tasty and a lot of fun!
Luka was an amazing guide - attentive and with great communication. Drove us around the back side of the island and to Fort Napoleon, where we saw incredible views and learned about the history of the island. Stipe is an all time character from Dubokovic winery. Would book another tour with him any time.
Incredible and personal tour through Hvar with excellent wine and olive oil. You cannot miss this! Luka was the best tour guide. His knowledge of the island was so beneficial. We felt completely safe as he drove us through windy roads. Every aspect of the tour was one of the best we have experienced. It was an easy and smooth coordinated pickup. The drive with the sights was stunning. But the best was the wine tasting. My wife has celiacs disease and I had mentioned gluten free before hand and they had gluten free bread and her own olive oil. We got a great amount of wines, so delicious (bought 2 bottles for a great price). And Stepan (not sure if spelling right) was generous with extra tastes so we could know we were getting the right bottle. He was hilarious. Our tour group was 3 families/groups and he created an environment that made us all feel together. Luka then was there to take us home and was just a completely amazing person. This is the tour you need to go on if you want to see Hvar, taste wine, taste olive oil, and not have to think about it while someone drives you around! Thanks, Luka!
Such a lovely experience! We had 6 of us in the group (3 couples) and had a lovely time!!! Our guide Luca rearranged the schedule because of bad weather and it worked out perfectly! We started the experience driving to the wine cellar where Stipe looked after us. He was so fun and we had delicious local wines and plenty of top ups of our favourites. We then went in a van to a fort to experience amazing sunset views across Hvar and the Pakleni islands which was amazing. We learned a lot about Croatia and Hvar and had a lovely time. I would definitely recommend the experience!
A great way to see the island and try some amazing wines and olive oils! Luca was a great driver and host and shared lots of his knowledge of the region. Would highly recommend!
Our tour was yesterday, which also happened to be our actual 30th wedding anniversary. I had booked this special tour with Hvar4you several months in advance as it would give us an opportunity to see some of the interior of Hvar and to taste some of the island’s Olive Oil and Wine. This tour far exceeded our expectations! Petar contacted me the day before to confirm the trip details including the pickup location which was very easy. We met Luka, our tour guide, and entered a very comfortable air conditioned van. Luka was very personable and knowledgeable. As he drove he shared about the history of the island, the people and culture, the lavender fields, the olive oil and the wine of the island. We also got to know a bit about Luka himself and his life pursuits that brought him to Hvar. We made several stops along the way to the winery for stunning photography of the area. The winery was excellent! We sat at a table amongst wooden wine barrels within a romantic candlelit cellar and tasted a number of olive oils and wines - and yes, we purchased several to bring home with us. I cannot recommend this tour enough for anyone looking for the opportunity to see and learn about the island of Hvar and it’s lavender, oil and wine. You will not be disappointed

Luca was a great guide and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the island. He made the tour entertaining and the wine tasting visit was a good experience and a chance to learn more about the local wine and olive oil. There were just six of us on the tour which was just the right number.
Petar was a very knowledgeable and nice guide! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with him around Hvar. We liked the mix of sightseeing, history and culinary experiences with wine and olive oil tasting. Stephan at Duboković Winery was also a great, personable host.
