Vive una experiencia auténtica uniéndote a un pequeño grupo de exploradores que partimos temprano en la mañana que la mayoría de los grandes grupos y agencias, asegurando una experiencia más íntima del lago sereno y la montaña nevada detrás de él, tómate un tiempo para apreciar las impresionantes vistas. .

Itinerario
Reúnase con su conductor en su hotel entre las 3:30 a. m. y las 4:00 a. m. y luego viaje en transporte privado al pueblo de Mollepata. Vea el exuberante valle del río Apurímac durante su viaje de 2 horas.
¡En Mollepata, nos detendremos para tomar un desayuno rápido para obtener algo de energía antes de nuestra caminata! Continuaremos nuestro viaje en coche hacia Soraypampa,
Continuaremos nuestro viaje en vehículo hacia Soraypampa, el cual tomará aproximadamente una hora (3900 msnm). Aquí comenzaremos nuestra caminata hacia la Laguna Humantay ubicada a 4200 msnm (13779 pies).
Durante la caminata podrás ver el majestuoso apu Salkantay
La empinada caminata hasta el lago dura aproximadamente 1 hora y 30 minutos. Si la subida es demasiado difícil, puede montar a caballo hasta el lago. Una vez que llegue a la cima, olvidará las dificultades y podrá ver el magnífico lago Apu Humantay. En la cima de la montaña aprenderá por qué este lugar era considerado sagrado para los incas y nos tomaremos un tiempo para apreciar las impresionantes vistas. Después de eso, regresaremos a Mollepata.
Una vez abajo, regresaremos a Mollepata y tomaremos un delicioso almuerzo.
Finalmente, tomaremos nuestro transporte desde Mollepata y regresaremos a Cusco y disfrutaremos de una siesta muy necesaria. El regreso está cerca de la Plaza San Francisco alrededor de las 18h.

The track requires good physical conditioning. You have the option of climbing a horse tb. The guide César mt attentive and patient with me, who was the last rs. Excellent experience. The lagoon is a spectacle of perfection. I recommend.
Tour that requires a lot of physical capacity to get to the lagoon. The option is to hire a horse at 80 soils to climb and another 80 soils to descend. Excellent guide, took photos with the group and took the flags referring to the countries.
We thought this was just okay. If you like tours off the beaten path, less crowded, with a thoughtfully planned day- this is not the tour for you. The trail is so crowded, frustratingly so. People kept taking breaks in the middle of the trail and blocking the path. The buffet was pretty sad- when my group arrived at breakfast, there was probably 6 other groups there (around 100 people total), and lots of the food was gone. The food that was there was not filling and didn’t taste great. Lunch was at least better but still very few options and you had to pay for any drink besides hot tea. The guide and driver were great and the views were beautiful, but it was hard to enjoy while starving and slowing inching along the trail due to the hundreds of other people.
The tour to Humantay Lake was very good. The guide was friendly, attentive, and provided accurate information throughout the entire trip. However, the tour description on TripAdvisor is not completely accurate: oxygen is not provided, and hotel pickup is not included, despite being stated in the listing.
We were blessed to have Yonatan as our guide, he spoke Spanish and English. He was so very accommodating to the whole group. He checked in as we hiked up to make sure everyone was doing good. He don’t rush us and let us take our time to hike up. He took group pictures and sent them to us.

Great support and adventurous trip. The weather also did not disappoint. Nice clear skies. The tour guide supported with altitude struggles with a natural Peruvian spice spray to support with breathing!

Humantay Lake was an amazing experience and our guide Cesar was knowledgable and patient with all of the different skill levels in the group. It was a tough hike but horses were offered at the beginning of the hike at an additional cost. Aside from the trip itself, the agency was communicative and gave us all of the necessary information we needed prior to our meet up.
The experience was epic, I thought there was a catch because it’s so cheap, but the service was great and the food was amazing! Javier was our guide and he really looked out for everyone! Highly recommend!
