Mientras el barco se desliza más allá de los emblemáticos lugares de interés junto al río de Hue: el puente de Trường Tiền, el mercado de Đông Ba y el tranquilo islote de Hến Island, se sumergirá en la belleza atemporal del patrimonio de la ciudad. A bordo, deléitese con un suntuoso almuerzo con rollos de primavera frescos, tortitas saladas al estilo Hue, bánh bèo (tortas de arroz al vapor), pasteles de camarones a la parrilla, fideos de pato estofados, pudín de tofu y mè xửng (caramelo de sésamo al estilo Hue). El Pabellón Nghinh Luong, construido en 1818, sirvió una vez como lugar de descanso para los emperadores, un lugar para recibir enviados y un lugar ceremonial antes de abordar la barcaza real, simbolizando la armonía entre la Corte Imperial y el río, entre la autoridad y la elegancia. Justo detrás de ella se encuentra Phu Van Lau, donde se publicaron decretos reales y se anunciaron los resultados de los exámenes. Este pabellón representa conocimiento, legitimidad y transparencia en el gobierno de la corte imperial.

High quality food and experience. Very relaxed vibe with knowledgeable staff who pointed out areas of interest and shared history and information about the perfume river and what’s along its bank. The tour was a general pass for around an hour and 15 mins or so.

We had a lovely cruise experience including lunch with Hueritage. The boat was ready to receive us on arrival, and we had as much tea and coffee as we wished while we waited to get started, admiring the pagoda on the shore. The cruise is gentle, and smooth with wonderful, attentive staff. This was a great experience and I would recommend it for a classy lunch.

Fantastic atmosphere! The imperial experience started right by the tower, where also imperial guests used to go ashore. There we (family of 4 adults) were met by the staff, clothed in traditional Vietnamese clothing, which was fitting for both the boat’s interior and exterior. Fine dining to low traditional Vietnamese music - we were on board for lunch, so we had the pleasure of daylight to see the surrounding areas. They were very forthcoming in regard to allergies too and made fun creative solutions whenever needed. Our hostess and waitress Quinn was the most wonderful person and she made us laugh multiple times, while also being insightful about local culture and in answering our questions throughout the river cruise. We visited outside of high season, so the atmosphere was very intimate and it made us feel very special. We would definitely recommend to everyone and if we’re ever in Hue again, we would definitely come back for an evening experience on board!
