Este servicio de transporte compartido tiene una parada programada en la estación Crowfoot LRT en Calgary y en el Northwinds Hotel Canmore, una pequeña y hermosa ciudad antes del Parque Nacional Banff.
Te dejaremos en los hoteles a lo largo de Banff Avenue. Por favor, asegúrese de seleccionar el lugar correcto de entrega; de lo contrario, se le dejará en la parada final detrás del estacionamiento de autobuses Mount Royal Hotel. Desde allí, todos los hoteles están a solo 2-3 minutos a pie.

Bus was a little late but great communication through text and email letting us know of the delay. Driver was great. Comfortable drive.
It is a good service at reasonable price. Drivers were friendly and drove safely I had an issue with the dispatch. My departure was at 4 pm. I was at a pick up point at 3.40. Van came in at 4:09 and my name was not included in the pickup. I was quite annoyed and demanded that they make arrangements otherwise I will miss my flight. They did make arrangements and all went well. My advise is to give yourself a bit extra time and to Viator dispatch - double triple check your passengers list.
If your flight doesn’t arrive on time, and you have to wait for another shuttle, it could be a few hours.
I had a flight delay and they were willing to work with me and reschedule for the next day. Great value for what they offer!
Buses arrive late for the meeting time (7-10 minutes). I'm very worried about whether or not the meeting place is the right one because we're meeting at a place we don't know. Bus delays should be avoided.
Despite a late start, due to heavy traffic in the city., the driver was vrry kind and efficient. Drpped us off right at our hotel in Banff.
The ride was 30 mins late. She claimed there was a delay because of an event in the downtown. I asked other operators- they said they didn’t experience any delays The driver was nice and the ride was safe
Horrible. Forced to give one star Never showed up. Never text message that was running late. I was lucky, another company at 6:30 pm felt sorry for me and just put me on their transport bus. I was very lucky the people on that shuttle took care of a single senior female and made sure I arrived at my actual hotel
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, one of our vehicle’s tires burst along the way, and for everyone’s safety, we had to replace the vehicle. We’re grateful for your patience and understanding, and we’re glad we were able to accommodate you and ensure you arrived safely at your destination.
The shuttle arrived a good twenty minutes late, and the driver, in addition to driving very poorly, had his phone in his hand while driving.
Very easy to access from arrivals; comfortable ride! Driver was kind enough to drop me off right outside my hotel, saving me a lot of headache!
