I do not have a chance to get on the transportation. The flight was delayed to 11:55 arrival time in the morning. I called the driver and I explained to him when I reached the airport no one picked me up. They said I lost the money. I'm gonna call my bank that's is wrong,otherwise I could just pick up a taxi or a shuttle to my hotel and I would never recommend anybody to Viator and also the first driver that was supposed to pick me up is very rude unprofessional.
They kept track of our flight, which was delayed by an hour. The driver was in contact with me when we landed and met us and carried our bags to the car and was very professional and nice and friendly. I highly recommend using Viator.

Terrible. They say they arrived when the plane landed and gave us exactly 60 minutes then left. They are based in Rome and should know. Large planes take time to unload. You have to get on a shuttle to the main immigration, lines for visitors was insane with many planes flying in at once. New immigration details and then pick up bags. We were about 10 minutes over time and they left. I called and texted. They knew we were in the airport. I got some from company and they told us to call Viator to reschedule another pickup. We called UBER. 5 minutes and 20% cheaper. We will use Viator but not for airport pickup.
We are very sorry for this situation regarding your service. Please note that our waiting time is 60 minutes for Airport pick ups, and in case no special pick up time (buffer time) is requested, the driver will track the flight and wait the 60 minutes guaranteed since then. We are not able to guarantee extra waiting time as it will depends in the driver's availibity. We regret the lack of service but the 10 min delayed informed was not inside the waiting time guaranteed and a driver was assigned as per your booking's information. For an extensive investigation, please provide us with your booking ID.
Our driver was friendly, helpful and professional! Directions were clear and easy to follow. Driver tried contacting me through WhatApp and it did not work, but the company was very helpful assisting us so we could find him.

If Viator uses MyTransfers in Rome, DO NOT BOOK THIS. The driver did not show, Viator pushed me to MyTransfers for support, they were not helpful at all and at the last minute I was stuck looking for new ground transportation after a long international flight. I will use other services in the future for ground transportation, this was very disappointing.

Driver requested and kind. Fast airport in terms of customs control. Bad company when it comes to changing the schedule, I requested in the contractual deadline, but I could not deliver. In the end it all worked out!
