Itinerario

First - Julian at HB Travels was amazing and very helpful. Eco Adventure Holbox had great guides, they were on time, professional and fun!!
Bioluminescence is a very interesting phenomenon and observing the stars is too, but one can very well do without the rest and the more than average organization (not enough life jackets for everyone, rowing in 4 inches of water, dragging the kayak half the time, and a guide who rushes ahead). To see the phenomenon, you just need to go to Punta Coco or Punta Mosquito
This was my second time booking this tour. Lots of fun for families and friends. The constellations were cool to see. Very knowledgeable tour guides.
Wonderful Kayak experience coupled with Bioluminescence discovery and nice surprises from our amazing guide Victor Hugo! My daughter was mesmerized! Special thanks to have dragged us all the way while we were struggling with paddling. It was 3 days after full moon, and despite the absence of total darkness, Victor Hugo had some useful workarounds for the phenomenon to be seen and experienced by all of us. Recommend ++++++
Absolutely amazing. The bioluminescensce and the stars were spectacular. We highly recommend. Our guides Hugo and Juan did an excellent job.
I dont really want to publish this review. I want to give constructive feedback to our guide. She was great, but seemed a little overwhelmed with the equipment and size of our group. It wasnt unsafe, just felt like she might have directed everyone more. Also, great teaching tool to show constellations, but looking back and forth from your phone to the sky is something that I do all the time, so didn’t need that to be part of my experience. And I dont think pointing a laser into the sky is a great idea. Definitely illegal in some countries.
Our bioluminescence tour was cancelled at very short notice (less than an hour before the start) with no explanation given. The weather was fairly good, so this was unlikely to be the reason for cancellation. Very disappointing. Of course unforeseen problems can crop up, but we would have appreciated a bit more information and if possible the offer of an alternative.
Hello, an apology in advance. We tried to communicate through the phone number you registered, through Watsapp. The reason was that there was high tide and waves due to the northwest wind (we did not expect the sea to be agitated so fast), the water was very mixed. We had a completely full place, for money we would have liked to go out, but first is human life and as guides we know that the experience would not be good, that’s why we cancel because of “bad weather” (there doesn’t necessarily have to be a storm to say that there is bad weather). I assure you that if you had left you would have left us a worse comment. Last minute we canceled all our customers, in fact all agencies, including vehicles, canceled departures.
It was a beautiful night and the guide was fun. There was very little assistance into the kayak in the waves though, so perhaps not for older folks.
It is an unforgettable experience that they should live the peronas that come to holbox, although it was not an exact season we could appreciate the bioluminescence and it is something magical that nature gives us, that complemented with a good guide makes it totally worth it, I send a greeting to Victor our guide who was watching us at each moment of the tour and his experience helped us to enjoy more our adventure for the tour, although it must be understood that the conditions of nature are variable does not take away from the incredible.
What a great trip was this. The kayak tour was beautiful. Saw the subset in the kayak which was beautiful, many different animals, and the mangroves where so picturesque. Our guide Hugo Victor had a lof of passion for nature which he shared with us as visitors.
