Itinerario

We did our tour with Fletcher and the whole experience was excellent. Food and cooking choices were all delicious, and his exceptional English and cheerful and open-hearted approach to his job made the whole evening both informative and fascinating. We learnt about way more than just local food. Strongly recommend!!
We arrived at the meeting point for the tour 5 minutes early. We were met by our guide and taken to the first restaurant. Once we got to the restaurant, we waited 20 minutes for another group of 5 to join us with another guide. It was then another 15 minutes for food to arrive. Once the food arrived, the two guides were a distance away, talking on their phones. Once we had finished eating they finally came back to tell us about the two small dishes we had received. They then disappeared for another 10 minutes. When they returned, another group of 6 were brought in. So after 65 minutes, we were finally divided into two groups. This tour was chaotic so far. The next stop was at an old house, where we were shown around before going somewhere else to eat. Although the house has some great history, sorry, we had paid a food tour, not a tour of a house with a gift shop. An hour and a half into the tour we arrived at the second of five stops. Then had to wait outside the restaurant for a table. This really isn't the pace of the tour that was expected. An hour and a half into the tour we arrived at the second of five stops. This had a great atmosphere. We were really looking forward to this food tour, based on other food tours we have completed. Overall it was disappointing to start with but the night did have moments that were enjoyable and all food tried was delicious. Our guide was friendly and tried to answer all of our questions.

Huy was very very good - we made dumplings and ate them at one place and then tried local dishes including noodles and pancakes at two further venues. He explained a lot about the food and Hoi An - it was a brilliant tour and well worth the money.
An absolute highlight of our stay in Hoi An. Na was incredible- her English and knowledge was amazing. The day started in a lovey cafe for coffee then off to the food markets. Back to Na’s home where she took us to the village vegetable gardens. Then our cooking class, with the foods that we had gathered at the market. Added bonus massage ! We were family of 4 , 18 year and 21 year old- 4 other awesome people on tour. Food and hospitality an absolute highlight! Nothing was a problem for Na - she catered for everyone’s dietary/ needs.
We had such a lovely evening trying lots of delicious food from places we probably wouldn’t have gone to in our own. Just a note that you don’t follow the what to expect exactly but you will leave full! Our guide Mr Dung was great and had lots to share with us. We were even able to delay the tour by a day when one of us got sick.
Although it was super busy, due to Independence Celebration, we got to go down alleys, into eateries and tried food that we would not have ever looked at. Their food was amazing, the staff very friendly and our guides were informative, super obliging and.considerate to our needs. If in Hoi An I would definitely recommend you do this.
Thank you so much for your great review and we are so happy to know you had a great Hoi An street food tour with us. We wish you all the best.
Mr Dung was a great guide. He gave lots of information during the tour about the food we were trying. Heaps of variety in the places we went to. With some extra surprise stops on the way. Lots of food but can share with those you are traveling with.
My wife and I enjoyed this food tour. Mr Thịnh was an excellent guide. All was great and perfect. 5 ⭐️ Tip- skip your earlier meals and save your tummy space for this tour.
Mr Dung took just my husband and I to five places to eat Hoi A local foods, some famous, some we would not have found ourselves. He explained each dish and how to eat it and showed us the water well essential to the local noodles. We enjoyed our evening and ate too much, of course, thank you!
Thank you so much for your great feedback and we wish you the best things in life.
