The tour was wonderful. Our guides Andy and Leo were so kind, informative and took us to get the tastiest food! They were very safe drivers as well. Would definitely do again and would recommend very highly as we got to see parts of Hoi An we wouldn’t have seen otherwise.
Just finished this spectacular food tour with Nhi and team. It was the most fabulous 4hrs. So much food to try, so much local knowledge generously shared with us and we felt 100% safe on the back of their motorbikes. We highly recommend this particular tour to anyone who loves trying new food, has a sense of adventure and wonder and is looking for something fun to do. Thank you so much for a truly memorable afternoon.
Such a great thing to do. Nhi was really informative and we learnt a lot about the history of trade and food through the ages in Hoi An, tasted things from places we would never have thought to have tried (including the fertilised duck egg which is an absolute must with the herbs, fish sauce and a little spice!) and visited areas we woukd not have been able to in our limited time, including the vegetable gardens (which are amazing) and the paddy fields. Most of all, though, our 4 driver guides were such brilliant fun for my wife and I and our teenage children and they made the hours of Christmas afternoon and evening fly past with incredibly special memories for life - thank you SO much!
Went with my dad. We loved our tour with Kim and Hana. The pacing of the tour was excellent - even took a break to visit a local farm. Overall, we ate such delicious, authentic food and learned about Vietnamese history too. Worth it!
Quin was an excellent guide who was passionate and knowledgeable about Hoi An cuisine. Woody was an excellent scooter driver as well. I highly recommend this food tour that highlights unique, non touristy food stops with interesting culinary history.
We recently joined a food tour in Hoi An that took us around the city on scooters, and it was an incredible experience! The tour was well-organized and allowed us to see many different parts of Hoi An while learning about the local cuisine and its cultural significance. Throughout the tour, we visited a variety of restaurants and cafes, indulging in delicious street food along the way. One of the highlights was visiting gardens where fresh vegetables and herbs are cultivated. It was fascinating to see where some of our favorite dishes originate and to learn about the importance of these ingredients in Vietnamese cooking. Our guides were exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled motorcycle riders. They ensured that we felt safe and comfortable while navigating through the streets of Hoi An. Their enthusiasm for the local food and culture made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this food tour to anyone visiting Hoi An. It was a fantastic way to explore the city.
Excellent experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Andy & Ning! They not only brought us to fantastic restaurants, but they had lots of knowledge to share about Vietnam’s history & culture. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to get oriented in Hoi An and discover the best spots in the city.
My sister and I had an incredible motorbike food tour outing with Quin and Kim. They picked us up from our hotel and we jumped right into the food scene. They catered to my vegetarian diet and we zipped around to various spots we never would have discovered without them. The food was amazing but Quin and Kim's insights into daily life and culture in Hoi An left a lasting impression. In addition to that, Quin had excellent recommendations on where to go next! This tour really allowed us to make the most of our culinary experience in Hoi An.
Anh & Quin took us on a very tasty tour. We especially liked going to the organic farms where the farmers work endless hours so that we can eat delicious, healthy greens. Anh and Quin really looked after us and communicated during the day as it had been very rainy. We loved each location and the back ground stories. The birthday cake was a treat. Highly recommended,
Had a great private tour for me and my mate with Anh and Quin. Compared to other tours i've done, this is more like hanging out with some new friends - in a very good way. Quin and Anh were knowledgeable about the food and Hoi An but this is not a cookie-cutter experience. Much more like hanging out with some friends and chatting about food, culture, and history. Doesn't get much better. It may seem obvious, but try to skip lunch before you go - there's so much food!
