No exchange offered, even for a minimal amount. This is really regrettable and not very customer-friendly. The place seemed very nice, but unfortunately, the people managing the entrance are not at all customer-oriented. A more pleasant welcome and a bit more flexibility would have left a much better impression.
This was great value for money and an excellent way of seeing the highlights of Arles with great information and at a pace set by you! Would highly recommend.
My first time in Arles and this was the perfect introduction. It took me to all the major monuments and explained them clearly, even tying Roman history to Provence today. I liked the self-guided format since I could take breaks when I wanted. It was like having a local historian in my pocket.
Really detailed and well put together. The mix of audio and images helped me picture what the ruins looked like in Roman times. Everything was easy to follow and on my phone, so I never felt lost. Highly recommend for anyone into history.
Great value for money. Easy to follow, interactive, and way cheaper than guided tours. Perfect for travelers who want freedom without missing the highlights.
The narration was excellent—clear and engaging. At times it really felt like I was walking with a private guide. I liked that I could linger at the spots that interested me most.
I had only one day here and this worked perfectly. The app mapped out the key Roman sites and gave just enough history without dragging on. I could stop for a coffee or sit in the shade without holding anyone up. Much better than being stuck with a big tour group.
Very straightforward app. Clear directions, interesting stories, and even my teenagers paid attention at the amphitheater. Much easier than a group tour.
It's fine in terms of taking you to the main sights so you don't have to plan it out yourself. However, there's no need to trail out to the Centre du Parking as the first stop if you didn't come by car. The guide should suggest you start at point 2 if you're on foot. We began to wonder if the guide was AI generated because its pronunciation was bizarre. Pronounced the same words 3 different ways in the English version. Also, the booking does not include entrance to Les Alycamps, so that was a bit annoying, as it specified that it was included. Still, a decent wander around. We also used the street maps which suggested other sights related to van Gogh.
This was such a great way to see Arles! The app was super easy to use and synced right with the landmarks as I walked around. Each stop had detailed stories about Roman life and culture. I liked being able to pause anytime to take photos or just soak up the atmosphere before continuing. Honestly felt like I had a guide with me but without rushing to keep up with a group.
