Una breve historia de Pelican Island fue una pequeña isla deshabitada que una vez existió en la costa oeste de Bridgetown y Fontabelle. Averigüe lo que le sucede a la isla !!!. I took this tour with Karen and my, oh my, was it a treat! The sights and sounds of Barbados felt like being in a different world. Karen provided so much historical context as we toured all of Bridgetown. It was a really immersive experience and that highly recommend!

It was supposed to be a history tour and it turned into a shopping tour. Tour guide like he was friendly, but it was not the tour we wanted.

Karen was amazingly smart and knowledgeable where Barbados history , etc is concerned!!!! There's nothing she didn't know. She was very friendly and warm..assisted us when we needed to grab a cab after the tour. She was very patient, courteous and kind. She actually gave us water for our tour. We did the historic walking tour with Karen. Karen was an amazing guide who looked after us throughout the tour, making sure we were comfortable and answering all our questions. Karen was very knowledgeable and was able to share the fascinating history of Bridgetown. There is a lot of history in the town that you could miss without an expert to point it out, such as the bricks in the carpark which arrived as ship ballast 100’s of years ago. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about the history of Bridgetown
