Embárcate en una aventura a través de los exuberantes bosques cerca de Bogotá en este tour de senderismo de día completo para descubrir las imponentes cascadas de El Chiflón y La Chorrera, la cascada más alta de Colombia. Únase a su guía experimentado en una extenuante caminata a través del majestuoso campo de Colombia, disfrutando de impresionantes vistas a lo largo del camino. Comience el día con la recogida en el hotel y un viaje panorámico a las colinas del este, una serie de picos cubiertos de bosques dentro de la cordillera de los Andes. A medida que su transporte asciende a las montañas, su guía compartirá información sobre la geología de la zona y disfrutará de impresionantes vistas desde los acantilados de la carretera. Comience su caminata a través de vibrantes bosques verdes hacia su primera parada, la cascada El Chiflón, donde puede caminar detrás del agua en cascada para una perspectiva única o darse un refrescante baño en las acogedoras aguas turquesas de abajo.
Después de disfrutar de un aperitivo local para repostar combustible, continúe su caminata más profundamente en el bosque hacia la cascada de La Chorrera, que se encuentra a unos impresionantes 590 metros. Esta ruta ofrece la oportunidad de observar la diversa vida vegetal de la región, incluyendo bromelias, cedro, orquídeas y más. Después de unas 3,5 horas de caminata, regrese a su vehículo y vuelva a la ciudad. Dependiendo de su itinerario, disfrute de un almuerzo tradicional colombiano en el histórico barrio La Candelaria o en Choachí antes de concluir su día con un viaje de regreso a su hotel de Bogotá. Nota : Este tour implica senderismo y viajar a altitudes que van desde los 1,923 hasta los 2,600 metros (6,309 a 8,530 pies) sobre el nivel del mar.

What an amazing tour! Let’s start by talking about the beautiful drive up the mountainside of Bogotá, simply amazing! The authentic breakfast snack (arepa) and drink we had before the hike, were really tasty. The hike exposes you to timeless and breathtaking moments and views. Further, the hike requires a certain level of fitness, so please be aware when booking. There is a physically demanding aspect to this tour. However, it is worth the trek! Most importantly, our tour guide, Gigio, was the best!! Gigio was very knowledgeable and provided valuable information about the region, the country, and its history. Also, Gigio did a great job of making sure we took breaks and pointing out picturesque moments, and he provided recommendations to delicious restaurants and must-see attractions around the city. In all, if you are a nature loving, thrill seeker, this is a must do tour in Bogotá!

The hike was spectacular. The guide was knowledgeable and was patient with my 13-year old daughter, as far as his pace. Beautiful view. Great lunch. Worth the 5 miles, round trip, hike!
I enjoyed the trip but it had some downsides The driver and guide were excellent, the walk itself interesting, well signposted , had beautiful scenery and was well worth a trip However, there was a cycle race on the day in Bogotá, which meant the road there was closed to traffic, consequently the drive to the park took two hours longer than planned and was along a very bumpy detour We were charged the equivalent of £240 for the trip , an expensive fee which I cannot see as justified given the service provided
We enjoyed our tour very much. The weather was foggy for the first bit but thankfully it cleared up a bit to be able to see the wide view, which was beautiful. The guide and the driver were both professional and we appreciated their help in helping us have a good experience!
