Gemas ocultas de Old Hoi An – Tour gastronómico y cultural

Boutique. Sentido.

Xuan (Swan) and Thu (Ruby) showed us a great time and intimate perspective of Hoi An. Their tour captured some signature Hoi An dishes and lifestyles. We laughed and ate a lot and learned about each other. It was very interesting to learn about Hoi An styles of cooking and their climates agriculture. They were also able to share a lot about each dish with their culinary background. It was a very interactive way to learn about the city.
We had the pleasure to have this tour with Thuy! We experienced the old and rich culture of Hoi an through her lens. We had loads of food and Thuy also helped us learn some important Vietnamese words and sentences! Overall I highly recommend this tour.
Swan and Ruby were terrific. This was a brilliant way to see the hidden side of Hoi An, meet locals and really get under the surface of Vietnam. The best thing I have done in Vietnam so far!
Our family of 3 had the good fortune to take this tour through the hidden gems of Hoi An and we had absolutely the best afternoon. Our guide, Thùy, showed us where traditional Vietnamese noodles are made, how bean sprouts are grown and introduced us to the farmers and their techniques. Thùy was highly attentive, interesting to chat to and you could just tell how much she loved her city. We had the best afternoon and came away with full bellies ( the Bahn Mi was SO good !! ) and a lot more understanding of this beautiful corner of the world. Many thanks Thùy - was truly a pleasure to meet you :-)
This was such an interesting tour of the backstreets and unknown parts of HoiAn guide. Kim was really interesting …helpful… caring of each person only three people on this tour but we all had a really great time. Lots of interesting food tastings which we really enjoyed and learning about old Time skills and producers in and around the town. Lots of walking but we had lots of stops to sit down and try different types of food etc. It really is worth doing it. Highly recommend it.
The tour was one of the best I ever did, with real attention to showing the local economy and culture of Hoi An, and great food places selected. Swan was super knowledgeable and chatty, making sure the tour was a memorable experience.
Swan was the best guide, a genuine local who took us to places we would never have gone on our own. She showed us the real Hoi An, not the old town. We saw the traditional making of the unique local rice noodles, rice fields, bean sprouts, a market, local fruit and tasted the final products. This was a very worthwhile tour. The cao lau noodle dish was a highlight having seen the noodles made, we also had an excellent bahn mi. I was pleased to taste the sweets from where they were made.
We loved this trip. The food was absolutely delicious at each stop, and there was a lot of it! It allowed us to eat in a range of places we never would have felt comfortable to try on our own. They accommodated so well for dietary requirements - my son is allergic to peanuts and my daughter and I are vegetarian. Kim was a wonderful guide. So kind and thorough in sharing the stories and details of everywhere we went. It was a really excellent way to engage our kids (9 & 11) in conversation about vietnamese life. We did the 6am start and that was definitely best as it was already so hot by 8am! Loved this. Thank you Kim.
What a great tour with an excellent guide Kim she was so interesting and informative. We learnt such a lot after initially being a little little disappointed. It was not quite quite what I was expecting. It turned out to be a fabulous experience. Well worth doing and Kim went over and above to help me at the end get a taxi in the pouring rain so I very much appreciated.
Great tour with swan and trinh. Visiting the local streets and experiencing part of Hoi a that we would never have been to. Would recommend
