Hershey Trolley Food Tour Experience

With this tour you will truly get a great local food experience. Tour was fun and friendly and your guide was awesome. Our group was small 8 total including us). We were the only ones not local however became fast friends.

Fun and delicious way to spend an afternoon around Hershey. All of the visited vendors were interesting and welcoming - do plan to come hungry as the "snacks" will fill you up!

The Yokl trolley eating tour was fantastic. Eileen the owner and tour guide has done an excellent job of putting together a food tour highlighting several LOCAL unique restaurants which provided a quality sampling of some of their specialities. We were also given some informative information by the owners about their passion in starting and maintaining their establishments. Each establishment we visited left my wife and I with a desire to return for a complete meal instead of a sampling. If you are ever in the Hershey area we would highly recommend putting the Yolk trolley on your schedule. We would also encourage you to book directly with Eileen instead of a third party. This would be in keeping with one of her goals to support local businesses. Considering her cost to maintain a trolley, cover the cost of paying each restaurant, the cost of the driver and her need to make a profit, we believe the rate was very fair. We would definitely do it again or do it in another city if she is able to expand het business.

What a fun experience! We loved all of the choices! So much food with even some to go🤣. We do wish we had a little more time to have been built in to shop at the market! I would totally do this experience again just to see what other fun places are chosen!

Eileen was more than a ton of fun to hang out with! She made our surprise party a blast by playing DJ! There was so much fun , no one left hungry. We will be back to shop and eat asap.

Visited 4 locations and spent about an hour at each with the last stop at an ice cream spot (shortest stop since we ate on the trolley). The tour owner/operator is the guide and shares interesting history sprinkled in with why she chooses each business. This trip definitely highlights some great food in Hershey in some unexpected locations. We had a lot of fun and left with full bellies!! At some stops you can purchase a drink 🍹 or their products, but bring a credit card as one location didn’t take cash. I highly recommend this food tour as a fun activity for adults!!!

This was our first 'food tour' and we will definitely do another one! We enjoyed stopping at Pronio's Market and just Loved all the food stops! My favorite was Rising Sun and what they have done with the buildings interior design, just Beautiful!!❤️

Eileen saw a need in Hershey and filled it! We are food tour junkies and this was one of the best...especially for only being in business for 6 months! We took the Mid-day Magic Tour, and started at the Fresh Market, a locals farmers' market. Here we sampled food and beverages from Owl Hill Provisions, Midstate Distillery, MKT Tacos, S Clive Weaver, and Seasons. My favorite was the delectable meatball sample from Owl Hill Provisions, and the chef even shared his secret ingredient! I'm not a bourbon drinker, but the taste of bourbon at Midstate Distillery went down smooooooth and warmed my throat! The smoked bologna and cheeses from S Clive Weaver were just the savory bites we needed to balance the sweet empanadas from MKT Tacos. Finally, I wouldn't have expected to sample olive oil, but sample it we did...at Seasons...and it was excellent! Who knew there were so many different flavors of olive oil? Next, the trolley took us to nearby Hummelstown, where we continued our sugar high with Chocolates by Tina Marie and Cubby's Ice Cream. We expected nothing less in Hershey, PA! Through it all, Eileen was attentive to our needs and offered delightful commentary and history about the areas we visited and passed through on our ride. That's what makes food tours so much fun...learning about an area while sampling food from local vendors. It's a great way to support and publicize the local economy. We highly recommend this food tour!

We did an afternoon Yokl tour this past weekend and had a wonderful time! Eileen is a fantastic hostess, and Bob was a terrific trolley driver. A Yokl tour is perfect for everyone. We are locals and learned the story of different places in our community. The other groups on our tour also included a bridal party and a family from out of state. If you're thinking about doing a Yokl tour, do it! You won't regret it. Whether you're a local, a visitor, or it's a special occasion, you will have a fabulous time supporting local. :)
