Para en: Woljeongri Beach es conocida por su paisaje, su tranquila arena blanca y su hermoso océano esmeralda. Cerca de la playa, un tramo de cafés acogedores y hermosos se alinea en las calles. Duración : 15min Desde la playa de Woljeongri hasta Seongsan ilchulbong 40 minutos
Deténgase en: Patrimonio de la UNESCO, situado en la costa este de la isla de Jeju y se dice que se parece a un gigantesco castillo antiguo. Este cono de toba tiene 182 metros de altura, tiene un cráter en forma de cuenco preservado y también muestra diversas estructuras internas resultantes del acantilado marino. . Jeju haenyeo son las madres fuertes de Jeju y los pilares espirituales de los residentes de Jeju. Además, la vida de la comunidad haenyeo de Jeju es un modelo al que la humanidad debería aspirar. Jeju haenyeo formó una comunidad basada en el mérito y decidió democráticamente mediante discusiones. No sólo cuidó a los ancianos y enfermos, como Halmang Badang y Geseok, y recaudó fondos con sus ganancias materiales para contribuir a la sociedad, como aldeas y escuelas. También ideó varios artilugios para convivir con el mar, como barrer playas, robar oro y diálisis. La cultura Jeju haenyeo fue reconocida por su valor y fue registrada como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO el 30 de noviembre de 2016 (hora local).
La longitud total del tubo de lava de Manjanggul es de unos 7,4 km. Es un tubo de lava que es parcialmente multicapa. La anchura del túnel principal es de 18m y su altura de 23m. Es uno de los tubos de lava más grandes del mundo. Hay muchos tubos de lava en el mundo, pero el tubo de lava de Manjanggul tiene un significado significativo en que se formó hace miles de años, y está muy bien conservado. Por lo tanto, es muy valioso para investigadores y científicos. Debido al hundimiento del techo, hay 3 entradas. El que los turistas pueden utilizar es la segunda entrada y solo se les permite ir hasta 1 km en ella. Hay varias formaciones de cuevas en el túnel de lava en el tubo de lava de Manjanggul, como estalactitas, estalagmitas, piedras de flujo, tubos de lava, estantes de lava y balsas de lava. En particular, la columna de lava que se encuentra al final de la zona turística tiene unos 7,6 m de altura y es conocida como la columna de lava más alta del mundo.

The driver was very nice but hard to understand. I had requested a private tour with someone who spoke English and my group had a difficult time understanding what he was saying. Also, we expected a driver and a tour guide, as we got with other tours, so we would learn about what we were seeing and that didn't happen - we only had a driver who didn't explain things to us. But nice guy!

Amazing island. We had an our own taxi driver Mr.Kim who drove us around and showed all the places. He waited for us while we visited a historical place, waterfall, beach, a hike to a peak point and had some lunch. He was very flexible on organized but also came with suggestions which order to the different activities.

We had a great day touring Jeju with our tour guide Yohan Ko! He was at our hotel on time and took us to some great cultural spots on the island, including a fun folk village, a wonderful beach, the amazing Sunrise Peak, and a fun Cafe with tons of picture opportunities. The best part about having Yohan as our tour guide was that he is a great photographer and took pictures of our family and sent them to us as part of his service. He was also energetic and knowledgeable about the island (including a great Chinese-Korean noodle restaurant), and even stopped at a favorite Jeju bakery to share goodies with us. I totally recomend this tour for families that want to see Jeju Island's best sites.

This was my second visit to Korea with my family along with my buddy's fam. And this also happens to be my second time engaging Mr. Lee as our driver/tour guide for Jeju. After 9 long years, we are so happy to see his big friendly smiley face again. Our group of 8 pax (including a 2yo) were comfortably seated in a 10-seater van, bringing us around Jeju island. We were treated with the nicest of food, great scenic places and plentiful of happy and interesting conversation about life and history about Jeju, which created loads of wonderful moments especially for our kids. We had such a great time touring around Jeju over the past 2 days with Mr Hong Young Pyo in his very comfortable 6 seater car! We are extremely happy with Mr Hong’s services and the tour that he had planned for us. Mr Hong takes very good care of us and he always helped to take photos for us at every attractions. My son likes Mr Hong a lot and cannot stop asking Mr Hong to join us at every attractions and always worried for Mr Hong whenever he is not having his meal together with us. Mr Hong also brought us to a hidden local abalone guksu restaurant which turned out to be the best meal we had in Jeju, it is not the most expensive but definitely the most delicious and unforgettable meal.
