We got a taxi out to the farm and had a lovely tour. They have olive trees and dragon fruit plants! The owner was very knowledge and very friendly. I highly recommend the brunch. The food is lovely and so fresh and plenty of it so make.sure you are hungry. We had our food under the shade of an olive tree and it was so relaxing and calm. Perfect way to spend a morning, well worth a visit!
Alex was a great tour guide, we had the brunch option which was delicious. Got to experience some home made food from a local! Would recommend
Nothing to complain about. The manager is passionate about what he does, and it shows; he explained to us very well what his job was and how he did it... We had brunch, and once again, a very nice surprise because we ate very well, and we had a view between land and mountains with planes passing by; it was really very beautiful. The only small downside is that he did not speak French, which made it a bit complicated for our children to understand. I highly recommend it!
My friend and I had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of booking this for our trip. The farmer was SUPER KIND and showed us around his beautiful farm with love. He answered all our questions and kept the tour short and to the point- which I loved. Then the farmer's mother came out with THE BEST FOOD my friend and I tasted in Greece. Hands down. I went to a MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT in Greece and their food paled in comparison to this Cretan grandma's food. The view from the farm was beautiful as well. It was THE PERFECT start to our trip.
This is the property of the Host, Alex. We were on a cruise and it was approx a 20 minute taxi ride to get here. We made an agreement with a taxi driver to take us, wait and then return us back to the port. That was the first step in the adventure. When we arrived, Alex came out to meet us. The tour of the olive grove and their second crop dragon fruit took about 1/2 an hour, followed by a fantastic assortment of Greek brunch dishes. One of our group is celiac, and Alex was able to certify what items were GF including a potato omelet that was delicious. We were the only patrons and we would highly recommend this tour if you want to get off the beaten path.
This activity is essential in Crete! For 8€ have the visit and brunch is exceptional! The guide is very nice and open to questions. We went by rental scooter and very easy to access. Possibility to buy farm products on site.
Their olive oil was delicious but, Do not use their website to order more olive oil. They took my money but never sent product.
Dear Guest, we have fully refunded your purchase using paypal. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience that was caused by the incompetency of Greek post...
Very nice family, and food is fresh and they make sure to bring out enough food and the view is beautiful. I would go back again. I had a great time.
