Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood

Absolutely fantastic experience at Hard Rock Hollywood today - our server Bo went above and beyond for us, was super helpfully telling us about the memorabilia on show, and recognising we were on holiday, recommended local places to check out while we were in town. Bo really made our experience fantastic - a credit to the brand and the restaurant - thanks Bo!

Julie and Louis absolutely excellent customer service . Louis couldn’t do enough and was so funny. Julie went above and beyond booking us transfers for our hotel transfer phoning for us on her phone . She was lovely

We had the pulled pork sandwich instead of a hamburger and it was very good. The waiter was very nice and attentive. We went before a Hollywood Bowl show about 5 pm and it was pretty mellow. The memorabilia at this restaurant is a lot less stuff and less memorable, at least for me.

The restaurant is accessible through a public parking/shopping mall. Also, along Hollywood walk of fame. As soon as we entered we were welcomed and taken to our seat. Lou was our assigned server and did a fantastic job looking after us. Our orders were taken and served promptly. The restaurant manager visited and offered assistance. We ordered chicken wings, ribs with mac n cheese & one night in bangkok shrimp on the side. We had sodas for drink and ended it brownie topped with ice cream. The portions were more than sufficient for 2 on sharing. I like that the mac n cheese was really flavorful (unlike usual side dishes). Though the shrimp didn't actually meet my expectation (a bit soggy batter). The ribs was cooked and seasoned well. It would have been nice if there was a band playing (just like other Hard Rock we visited). Overall experience is great. Great Service. Good Food.

I would say don’t offer trivia prizes if you aren’t going to honor them, make up some rubbish story about the prize being for soft drink and not alcohol. Nowhere on the prize certificate did it have a disclaimer. This really tainted our experience. Happy hour prices are good and so are some of the staff. I hope the couple I gave the voucher to were able to benefit from it

Our server was Patrick who was very nice, and the nachos were delicious. There was live music on Tuesday evening when we visited which made it difficult to talk to each other.

Consistency is key and Hard Rock has really succeeded in that regard. This Hard Rock is just as good as the others we have visited. Both the food, desserts, service and the ambience are all great! You can skip the "pro" photographers though. Same thing at all the Hard Rocks. They are probably just learning, but you would expect them to know the basics of lightning and handling a flash properly at least. We took better pictures on our own.

Passing through Hollywood for the day We had lunch at this restaurant. We had a very good Welcoming. The cocktail was excellent. The kitchen was good A little expensive but we are hard rock!!!

Great location in the heart of Hollywood. We enjoyed lunch here. Service was great, food was good. Enjoyed checking out the merchandise afterwards.

With my wife and daughter we wanted to give ourselves an award and the place is very nice. In addition to Michael Jackson’s unique clothes, guitars, autographs and even clothing we have eaten well and with good service. They also give you parking with reduced price to 5 usd for 2 hours and a discount in the hard rock store, cafe. Glad to hear about the experience.
