Excellent facility for famiy and friends
We purchased the 2 day pass for the whole family. All.access to the whole park. So many options of what to do and where to go. The kids and adults all enjoyed the hydroslides! Lovely hot pools to relax in wether you wanted to be in the extra hot hexagon pools.or in a kore private area in the streams there was always plenty of options. The lazy river was great to just relax and float around in. Also a cafe there to get drinks and food from was ideal and not overpriced. We really enjoyed our visit
We love our trips to the Hot Pools. Now there are no longer AA discounts we are happy to see TripAdvisor has offered these ones.
Throughly enjoyed our experience
I love the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa, every time we visit Hanmer this is a must do for us. Love the variety of pools and temperatures. They even have water slides and a lazy river along with a fresh water laned swimming pool if you want to be a little more active than just soaking. Unfortunately, I missed out on seeing the wave pool that is currently being built and should be ready by the end of 2026. We got the 2 day return pass which is good value for money, book online the day before and it is cheaper than purchasing at the pools on the day. The food at the Kiosk cafe is very good as well and large servings.

Hot Hanmer Springs Pool Who goes to Hanmer and doesn’t go to the pools?! Seriously. I question this. If you go Hanmer you have to go to the hot pools. It is a must. It is the landmark and the non-negotiable. They are forever updating them and they are always looking good. There are plenty of really hot pools (40Cdeg) and pools just for adults. Plus there are the water slides and a kids play area. And of course a café where you can pizzas and a lovely gift shop. It is a wonderful swimming and bathing experience. Don’t look at the price too carefully, just pay, relax and enjoy it.

Fabulous day out. We went in winter and even the slides contained warm water. Changing rooms were warm and spacious. Something for all ages. Definitely recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. There are lots of options for the whole family. Having visited Hells Gate earlier in the month we were disappointed in having to pay for small lockers given the entry cost. It's a minor grievance but as a family is 4 you need to hire 2 lockers whereas Hells Gate its free.

Awesome wee set up this is! Very warm and cosy and feels like home away from home. Close enough to the township but just far enough to feel like you’re surrounded by nature (the views are stunning). Thanks for having us 😁

Just buy directly it’s cheaper in most cases. I also had to wait 45 minutes while they tried to sort out the issue with my ticket. They eventually resolved it, but I wasn’t happy with the experience.
