Al llegar a Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence no más tarde de las 16:45 los clientes serán recibidos por nuestros profesores, respetando todo tipo de medidas de los últimos DL. sobre la salud y acompañados en una sala del 1700 d.c. donde explicaremos el menú y verificaremos las alergias para acomodar a todos. Los chefs te seguirán desde el principio hasta el final de la clase. Cada persona lo hará todo, no es una clase de demostración, por lo que tiramos sobre las mangas y empezamos a hacer los dulces, los cortes para sucos , antipasti, segundos y salsas de servicio, pasta fresca hecha a mano, un vaso para sentirse como en casa. ¿Después de terminar todo? Finalmente se degusta todo el menú con también vino toscano. Al final de toda la experiencia llevará consigo el recuerdo de un libreto de recetas hechas durante la clase y tantos trucos de los chefs. Los idiomas disponibles son inglés e italiano, es posible reservar en alemán e español si los chefs están en horario para ese curso determinado. vegetariana incluida.

Cooking class on May 13 was excellent. The booking information indicated they we would receive the recipes at the end of the class, however, the chef said that we needed to complete the review first and that they would then email the recipes. Still no recipes… :(

Everything about this experience was great! The food, the instructions, the quality and the company. The atmosphere was comfortable and the steps were easy to follow so the techniques could be used at home. Our teenage children had a blast and were made to feel a part of the process. Our visit was almost 3.5 hours and we had everything we needed for a fabulous meal! Thank you gentlemen for a lovely evening and an even better meal!

The total experience was incredible. We were 5 minutes late and we were able to participate. The instructions we understandable but the best part was we were able to take the recipies home

This cooking class was so much fun. The 4 courses really makes it better than some of the other classes. The instructors were great and the food we created was delicious !

It was so much fun and we learned a lot. We also wound up eating a delicious meal. The staff and the chefs who taught us were wonderful. I would recommend this to everyone. Be aware that there is a lot of standing while learning and preparing. The food. If you have any mobility issues I’m sure they would try to accommodate your needs. They were most helpful throughout our entire experience

It was a nice experience and good food. It is a group activity not individual. We prepared 4 different things splitting the jobs. The only individual activity was making the pasta. The chef was really nice and the recipes were easy and good. The place is nice but they have a three groups at the same time which made it a little loud.
