A MUST for every New York trip 🤗

Dani is just such a sweetheart! ❤️ Super likable, warm, and open from the very first minute. She brought New York closer to us with so much passion, knowledge, and humor, and in doing so, showed us not only the city but also its cultural and social sides. 🗽 It was incredibly fun, and we learned and took away so much new information. Anyone coming to New York should definitely get to know Dani – a meeting with her is truly an absolute must! ❤️ Thank you, dear Dani, for this wonderful time and the many great impressions! Comprehensive overview into different Brooklyn neighborhoods

This is a wonderful and tour of several neighborhoods in Brooklyn, including a few that most tourists don't venture into. Dani has put together a very thoughtful (and busy) half day jaunt that showcases the history of the borough, as well as what living there now looks like for different communities of people. There is a good amount of walking and several subway/bus rides to cover a lot of ground, but there is a quick stop for a slice of pizza or snack at a cafe which is appreciated. Having lived in NYC a long time ago I was very interested in learning more about Brooklyn today (as it has changed a lot) and this was perfect. I recommend this for tourists who want to see the "real" New York and get beyond Manhattan.

Brilliant tour of Brooklyn

We had the pleasure today of sharing 4 hours with Dani as she gave us a tour around Brooklyn. We have visited NY on several previous occasions but not really stepped out much away from Manhattan. Dani gave us her own unique perspective on the area with some fabulous highlights for ourselves from areas never visited before. She was both charming and very helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending her tours - she was one of the true highlights of our vacation.

Must do trip to get to know parts of Brooklyn

We got a private tour on a lovely Sunday. Dani was so knowledgeable and took us to places we’ve never been. She was a wealth of knowledge about each neighborhood and had plenty of recommendations for things to do. Her passion for Brooklyn shined through

A not to miss walking tour of Brooklyn

A wonderful 4.5 hour walking tour of Brooklyn. We visited 5 very distinct neighborhoods with Dani and learned about their historical significance, the architecture, the cultures and changing ethnicities, and the amazing street art. There was so much to learn and see and there was never a question that Dani could not answer. We did take a couple of subway rides to enable us to cover more ground and we did stop for a small meal of pizza mid way through. She brought photographs to show the changing city landscape and was always very culturally sensitive. She spoke clearly and carefully and we always felt extremely safe. I really didn’t want the tour to end and would definitely try to book another one with Dani in the future.

A must for anyone who is in town for a few days

The tour with Dani through Brooklyn was an enrichment to our vacation in New York. We were in the city at the beginning of December 2025 and booked the tour with Dani right away for our first day. This was very convenient as we got good tips from Dani for our stay and the associated activities. Lively and sympathetic, a lot of background information about the individual locations is presented, so time flies by and it never gets boring. We really liked the tour with Dani and we can only recommend the tour with Dani to anyone who wants to see and learn about the city, great tips are still free.
