We had a fantastic evening on this food tour and would highly recommend it. Mr Quang our guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and incredibly organised. He did a wonderful job engaging our young children and made sure they felt included throughout the experience, which made it enjoyable for the whole family. Travelling around Hue by cyclo was great fun, and we always felt safe thanks to the experienced riders. We visited authentic local eateries that we never would have found on our own, and Mr Quang was incredibly proactive,he quickly found us tables at each stop, so there was no waiting despite how busy some of the places were. He was flexible and showed initiative to drop us off at the end of the tour at a hidden cafe for the best salted coffee after leaning we loved coffee. Most importantly, the food was outstanding. Every stop offered something different, and it was a wonderful introduction to Hue’s local cuisine. The tour struck the perfect balance between delicious food, local culture and family-friendly fun. Thank you for such a memorable evening!
Authentic street food tour with a friendly and very knowledgeable guide (ask for Mr Quang!!) wide variety of local dishes tasted!

We had Ha as our guide, she was so lovely, friendly and helpful. She described the tradition and history of every dish, as well as the culture of people of Hue. We had a blast and we highly recommend to take a tour with Ha

I was lucky to have Mr. Quang as my guide for this walking food tour. He is such a nice person. The local food he introduced us to was delicious. The knowledge he shared about the history of Hue, and of local culture and customs, was very informative. It was one of the best tours I've been on.
Thank you so much for your kind words, and we are so happy to know that you enjoyed the tour with the Culture Pham Travel team. We wish you all the best in life.
Ha was a fantastic guide. We got to try lots of delicious, full size dishes (we should have paced ourselves with the quantities!) and learn about how it's all made, as well as given lots of interesting historical and cultural background. Ha was very friendly, flexible in her suggestions depending on our tastes and gave us great tips to enjoy our time in Hue. Thank you, we loved it!
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We are happy to know you had a great day with Culture Pham Travel's tour guide, Ms. Ha. We wish you all the best.
Ms Ha was a splendid guide! Easy going and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful local food experience. Glad we were walking because we had so much to eat! She took us to five different spots, off the beaten track, unique and delicious. Back lane private home eateries and pop up noodle stalls all with a special Hué flavour. Highly recommended.
Morning, Shakki. Wow, so happy to hear you are satisfied with Ms. Ha. Wish you all the best.
Ha was an absolute pleasure. She was intensive, knowledgeable and professional. Not a dull moment. She was also kind enough to a small interview after food tour for a film project I'm working on. If you are coming to hue city you must book a tour with Ha!
Morning, Wonderful !!! Thanks so much for recommending us, as well as Ms. Ha, our lovely tour guide. 🤍
My 2 friends and I had a wonderful and wonderfully filing evening traipsing around Hue with our knowledgeable guide Ha. She guided us to 7 spots over the course of our nearly 3 hour, 5,000 step walking tour. All of the food has been covered elsewhere, but please arrive hungry. We enjoyed a local Huda beer and covered a lot of ground in the city heat. Ha provided welcome commentary on what we were seeing (and eating) and the wait lines for food were very short, even when some of the establishments seemed at capacity. In sum, this was an educational, delicious, memorable evening and one you should book immediately. Favorite dish: the Hue gelatinous rice cakes (Bánh Nậm) and the tiny clam rice (Cơm Hến). Suggestions: bring along an appetite and a bottle of water or two as all the eating is thirsty work. Oh and do try the bonus infamous duck egg (Trứng Lộn). This defeated us, but maybe you'll conquer it.
Ms Ha was a wonderful tour guide. She has a clear enthusiasm for her home city & its foods. All of the food was delicious! The tour was exactly what we were looking for - off the beaten path & where the locals go. Highly recommend
I was sent clear instructions as to where to meet my guide, Ha. She was waiting for me and explained to format of the tour and checked for allergies. It turned out that I was the only person booked so we set off. I opted for a walking tour. I was introduced to a variety places and food that I probably would not have tried otherwise. Ha explained clearly what everything was and the ingredients used. It offers great value and was an excellent way to spend a few hours. Top tip: skip lunch as the servings are very generous!
