David was an incredible instructor! Although the classes were initially in English, he did everything to give us the classes in Spanish, and it was great. He was an excellent instructor, we were very happy!

I spent two half-days snowboarding with Matias from Evolution Ski in Zermatt. I wasn’t looking for lessons — I wanted a knowledgeable guide to help me navigate the fairly complex lift system connecting the peaks — and this turned out to be absolutely the right decision. It allowed me to get the most out of my trip. I was traveling solo since my wife doesn’t ski or snowboard, so having a guide also added an extra level of safety and confidence on the mountain. Matias was incredible — super kind, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about being on the mountain. He seemed to know everyone and every inch of terrain in Zermatt. He always knew where the best snow would be in the morning and what areas to avoid later in the day. Although I didn’t need instruction, Matias is an advanced snowboarder and was able to share helpful tips and techniques along the way, which was a nice bonus. The biggest advantage of going with a guide was efficiency. Each day we covered about 20,000 vertical feet by noon, and I was usually off the mountain by 12:30–1:00 with tired legs — perfect timing to explore the town and enjoy the food and atmosphere. Communication with Evolution Ski leading up to the trip was excellent and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. This was an outstanding choice and I would absolutely recommend Evolution Ski — and be sure to ask for Matias.

Excellent skiing experience with Ciara Collins from Ireland at Evolution Ski School in Zermatt, end of January 2026. Fantastic tutor to iron out the cobwebs and to get you back to enjoying the beautiful slopes and views of the Matterhorn. Cannot speak more highly of her professionalism and fun over two days of beautiful sunshine and perfect snow. Thank you so much Ciara and keep up the great work!

This experience was a blast! I was extremely nervous going into it, my instructor made me feel safe and courageous. By the end, I was skiing (a little sloppily) down a blue!!

Our ski lesson was fabulous! David was so patient with us, and was an excellent teacher!! It was our first lesson skiing, we now know how to hold ski properly, how to break, turn and do all the moves. By the end we could ski in our own! Would highly recommend. We felt very safe and David tailored the lesson to our needs. 5*s

Trustworthy and patient. Vita has more confidence in me than I had in myself! She was very patient and kind with her words. Vita is really one of the best out there. My daughter learned so quickly under her guidance. Highly recommend!!
