Cancelled the day before with no explanation and no customer care
Our Haga Sightseeing Tour was cancelled by the provider one day before departure, without any explanation. The refund was processed, but nobody contacted us to explain the situation, offer another time, or suggest rebooking. Cancellations can happen, but the lack of communication and customer care was disappointing.

Fun informative walk
We are only in Gothenburg for a short time, and our guide took us through Haga and the viewpoint from where we could see the city.
