Tour guiado en kayak Bergen

My wife and I are very experienced kayakers. The guides were willing to let us take solo kayaks out for the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed paddling around the islets.

My wife and I enjoy active holidays and love to experience the environment when we travel. We had both a fantastic active morning and experienced the beauty of the Norwegian fjords in kayaks with Victor and a small group of six. We were collected in Bergen- all arriving on time. We had a 30 minute drive north of the city to a launch point on the water. We were equipped with warm wet weather clothing and life jackets and fitted to high quality, robust sea kayaks. Victor was relaxed but quick and well organised and got us on the water very quickly. We had a wonderful 2 hours on the water paddling at a sustainable pace for everyone. We saw beautiful granite cliffs and pretty seaside cabins. We stopped for a snack at a ruined fishing camp and then regretfully headed for home. A highlight of our holiday.

This trip with our guide, Iris, was definitely a big highlight of our visit to Bergen. From the moment of first meeting us at the pick up point outside the tourist information office, she showed personal interest in all the participants in the group and was easily able to encourage conversation and social connection with them all. During the half day trip, she used many opportunities to inform us about different aspects of Norwegian life connected to the water and was very knowledgeable on a whole range of different topics. Through conversation with her, we learned so much more about the country than we knew before and this made the trip a valuable learning environment as well as a lovely kayaking experience on Norwegian waters. After the trip, Iris even made a special effort later on to send photos of the experience to individual participants and was happy to remain in contact afterwards. Iris is a great ambassador for her country and is also a very talented professional outdoor instructor, making this trip well worth the experience.

This is a must do in Bergen!!! Iris, our guide, was a gem. She took care of all guests beginning till the end. She has unbeatable energy and motivation that all tour guides should have!

Overall experience was fantastic. Iris the guide was really good. The company took care of nit just safety, but also gave me a fleece to put on instead of my down jacket, and also provided the rain protection trousers and jacket and a hat and also gum boots. They also had an apron which prevented water from entering the kayak. I was kayaking for the first time and it was very easy and felt completely safe.

Very pleasant kayak trip around the islands, magnificent scenery with mild weather that day. Our guide Josh was French and very nice. Very good organization, the rain gear is appreciated for staying dry and the snack is also welcome. I recommend this activity.

Great trip from the centre of Bergen to a perfect location for sea kayaking for beginners. Josh was a capable guide and good company.

The guide was good as were the kayaks but I had really expected it to be more seeing nature and the islands instead of a lot of houses and bridges.
