Fantastic 1/2 private tour of Grand Palace, Royal Grand Temple and the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. Eveyting about the tour was great, namely our guide Oat. Would highly recommend.
I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent tour guide services provided by Me Chob, especially Mrs. Aom. They were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times, making the whole experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. I 100% recommend them!
We had a great day. Our guide George was super friendly and did everything to make the day enjoyable. George really knows his city and its history, the Private boat trip was an unexpected treat. The lunch maybe simple but it was just great. Highly recommend the tour and George as a guide.
We had an absolutely wonderful time exploring the city with Miss Mee. She is an outstanding guide with a deep knowledge of the city’s history and culture, sharing stories that you won't find in guidebooks. The organization was flawless. We especially loved using public transport to get around—it made the whole experience feel authentic and allowed us to see the 'real' Bangkok. Since the tour was completely private, Miss Mee was incredibly flexible and tailored everything to our personal interests and pace. She is not only professional but also very kind and attentive. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a personalized and genuine Thai experience. Thank you, Miss Mee!
Ms Pu is the best guide ever. Only look here, and book directly at taitourguide.com. We wanted to understand Thailand, and very smoothly booked. Everything went according to plan, not one single issue. No waiting, great information, and very fluent English. She is very knowledgable and has great sense of what we would like to know. We saw all major sights and came back to hotel feeling we know Thailand and Bangkok much better. Thank you ms Pu!!!
We booked a 2 day private tour with CHOB Thai Tour Gide and could not have been happier with the experience!!! We had Mr. George and Mr. Happy for both days and they treated us like family and were absolutely wonderful besides being a great guide and EPIC driver! Knowledge, kind and welcoming… we learned so much on both days and saw all of the key things we wanted. We were on a cruise and had an overnight in Bangkok so besides being timely they were sensitive to drive times/arrivals/etc. Mr Happy took great care of us with constant wanted, towelettes and tissue finding all the good restrooms. He was our favor driver of all of the private tours we took over three weeks and has a wicked sense of humor. I thought Mr George was a teacher or professor given the information he imparted … he is a natural at figuring out what to share and knows all the great picture spots doubling as our photographer. Worth every penny and our fondness of Thailand is in part due to this duo!
My husband and I spent two days with our wonderful guide, Ms. Aom, organized by Mr. Chob’s Thai Tour Guides. They were super easy to organize everything with from the U.S. We came to Bangkok via Singapore on a cruise, and so we ended our holiday in Bangkok. They picked us up from Laem Chabang port (about 2 hours outside of Bangkok), had cold water and fresh towels to freshen up on our drive. Then Ms. Aom took us to the Grand Palace and for someone who has been to all 7 continents, I was gobsmacked at how awesome and exotic it was. She answered all of our questions and made it such an interesting and enriching experience. Plus, Ms. Aom must moonlight as a photographer because we got some of the best vacation photos I think we’ve ever had!! We then went on a lovely canal boat ride (private) which was a lovely way to see a different side on Bangkok and then off to Wat Pho and the reclining Buddha. Ms. Aom and our driver were so attentive and super flexible. When my husband wanted to grab a quick bite to eat, no problem, we found an excellent noodle bar. They had us to our hotel right when we asked so we could make our dinner reservation without having to rush. For our second day I orchestrated what for us was a perfect second day, and Ms. Aom couldn’t have been more helpful in executing what was a very custom day. We started with Thai foot massages at Yin Yang, then we went to local art galleries. Sadly for us, many of them were closed because it’s a Monday, but Ms. Aom had back ups and more back ups on the fly. I wanted to try and find a Christmas ornament souvenir of Bangkok and she knew right where to take us in Chinatown. Ms. Aom was so helpful that she’s even going to contact a gallery that was closed and help me hopefully buy a painting that we saw. That’s world class service!! We finished our lunch (Rongros) a bit early and so Ms. Aom suggested we visit the Queen’s Gallery which was fantastic for an art lover like myself. All I can say is that we’re thrilled with Mr. Chob’s Thai Tour Guide and most especially our guide, Ms. Aom and our driver, they were both wonderful and really added to our trip.
Tour Guide George was fantastic! Tailored a very personal tour for us and gave us a great historical overview of the temples and markets in Bangkok. Would highly recommend him to anyone who loves a tour guide with attention to details! Thanks George!!
Guide was on time and very knowledgeable although I thought a little too much repetitive info on Buddhism . I had some difficulty understanding him at times I thought the canalboat ride would be slower to have more conversation . It seemed that getting to the end was the goal of the boat driver. Enjoyed the Grand Palace and the history. Understandably it was very hot so I was tired by early afternoon. I think I could have had the same experience in a group setting.
Mr. George was an outstanding tour guide of Bangkok. He was knowledgeable of history, current events, and was willing to answer all our questions. He was cheerful, professional and eager to please. I highly recommend him as an excellent tour guide. I would definitely request him again if I return. Thank you for the tremendous tour of Bangkok. -Wendy and Kris Wright
