We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sicily Activities Tour Company. From start to finish, everything was beautifully organized, professional, and personal. Every driver and guide we met was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and genuinely passionate about Sicily. Our trip included Taormina, Mount Etna, Noto, Marzameme, Siracusa, Agrigento, and Palermo, and each stop felt thoughtfully planned. The guides did much more than simply point out landmarks. They brought Sicily’s history, food, culture, architecture, volcanoes, Greek ruins, churches, markets, and coastal towns to life in a way that made the entire trip feel special. Alfredo led us on a fantastic food and wine tour in Taormina that ended up feeling like a private experience. Valerio was excellent on our Taormina and Godfather towns tour and later helped make the long trip to Agrigento smooth and enjoyable. Denise was wonderful for Mount Etna and even came prepared with sweatshirts and walking sticks, which made a huge difference. Giuseppe gave us a great day in Noto and Marzameme, including an unforgettable seaside lunch. Giovanni’s walking tour of Siracusa and Ortigia was informative and engaging, and Fabio gave us an excellent introduction to Palermo, including its churches, markets, and layered history. Sabrina was especially terrific at the Valley of the Temples. The company did an excellent job balancing history, sightseeing, food, wine, scenic views, and local flavor. We never felt rushed, and the guides were flexible, personable, and attentive throughout. Sicily is an incredible destination, but having the right tour company makes all the difference. Sicily Activities helped turn our trip into a seamless, memorable, and truly special experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Sicily.

This is a great Sicilian based company to choose for an 8 day Highlights tour of Sicily. I liked staying 3, 3 and 2 nights in one place and that all guides were locally based. The itinerary included a lot of free time at night to do your own thing which always suits us. Communication was excellent via What’s App every day informing us of who to meet and where. The hotels and restaurants were all wonderful and talking to the drivers you could tell that SA were very deliberate with their choices and were highly respected. Agrigento was a highlight as was the lunch venue being AIC accredited (for Coeliacs). There were only 4 in our group which worked well but we knew the tour would go ahead if only 2. We highly recommend this tour company for those travellers who like some independence and dislike travelling in large groups. Sicily is stunning and its history fascinating. I hope to retain some of the information I heard from our great guides!

We had the most amazing trip ! From the planning to execution our trip with Massimo and Sicily Activities was perfect ! The drivers and guides were all exceptional . The hotels were all special with great locations , views large rooms , great cocktails and breakfasts . the included lunches with wine were all delicious ! We traveled with friends and we cannot pick a best day as everyday was incredible ! We definitely recommend Sicily Activities for any trip you are planning to Sicily .

This was an outstanding tour. I travel a lot solo, sometimes joining a tour for part of my journey. Communication was excellent right from the time of booking and throughout. The sites were very interesting - loved Valley of thd Temples, the towns we visited on the Godfather tour, Mount Etna, walking tours - all of it. The guides were local and knowledgeable, food outstanding, hotels excellent and well situated, van comfortable and drivers wonderful. There is also an excellent balance between enjoying sites with thr group and time to relax or explore on your own. This is an excellent Sicilian tour company. I highly recommend this tour.

We have had an experience that will stay with us forever. We have seen such amazing places, eaten fantastic food and learnt so much about the great history of Sicily. The hotels we stayed in were very comfortable and all centrally located. Most important of all has been our guides who were all well informed, prompt and very entertaining. We must give a special mention to Giovanni who was with us on three occasions. He is very charming. He obviously loves his job and Sicily. He made our tour very special. We loved the whole experience.

Just returned from this tour of 8 days small group Sicily. This is one of the best tours I have ever been on. The company is super responsive to any questions, especially Massimo. The tours were really well done with knowledgeable guides. Hotels were well situated. We spent just the right amount of time in each location. Arrived a day early and did Cefalu on our own and added one day at end to go to Mondello Beach and Capo Galo. There was plenty of time to explore on our own. Communication and responsiveness from company was excellent. The total tour group consisted of 5 people which was also perfect compared to seeing those other tours with 25 people. It felt like we had a private tour. I can't say enough good things about this company and the beautiful island of Sicily!

We just finished the 8-day highlights tour of Sicily with Sicily Activities. It was fantastic. I spent a lot of time researching for the trip and considered everything from an unguided, driving adventure to big bus tours. Massimo was very responsive to questions/concerns prior to booking, while we were deciding on our plans, as well as after the booking and leading up to the trip. Our group ended up with a total of five travelers but there was never any concern of it being canceled for failure to reach the maximum of eight. All of the accommodations, guides, and meals during the trip were great. The itinerary was laid out perfectly. The time allotted for each activity was appropriate. The tour was full without feeling hurried; our travel companions were great but the free/unstructured time was appreciated. There is so much to see and experience in Sicily that even the 8-day tour wasn’t enough to cover what I would have liked to do. We arrived a few days early to see Catania and stayed a few days afterward to experience more of Palermo and the surrounding area and were very glad we did. With unlimited time, money, and energy, I could have stayed longer and seen and lingered more. But, as the name implies, the trip was a terrific way to catch (several of) Sicily’s highlights. Thanks to Massimo and the entire Sicily Activities team for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely wonderful tour. The guides were local and passionate about Sicily. The accommodation was excellent and the restaurants and wine tasting were wonderful. Six people on the tour was a perfect number - eight would have been a bit crowded in the car (and luggage for 8 would have been a challenge). Thank you for a wonderful time Sicilian Activies.

An excellent experience and highly recommended. We went as a group of four adults and had a superb trip. From our first interactions with the office the people were very responsive and very friendly. On the ground everything ran very smoothly - the guides were very knowledgeable and very friendly, the drivers (where needed) spoke English;, the hotels were well located in the towns and very comfortable; food (where included) was excellent, and otherwise good recommendations about places to eat. And as mentioned the office was in regular contact to check up on us and handle the questions we had (and changes we asked for). So very highly recommended

The tour was amazing. I went with my mom and sister. We had 4 others in our group for a total of 7 of us. It was a really fun group. All our tour guides were fantastic. The food and wine were consistently amazing. Highlights for me included the cooking class and food/wine tour in Taormina. Each city had its own character and highlights. Communication with the tour company prior to, during and after our tour were incredible. Timely responses, helpful information and incredibly accommodating. I’ve already recommended this tour to so many people since returning home! If you’re considering this tour, DO IT!
