Such a wonderful tour! In the hour, we learned about the history of whiskey and the process involved in the making of the local bourbons and rye. Our guide Jackson was knowledgeable and charming. I have been recommending the tour to all my friends, family and neighbors. This was a lovely little slice of New York City history that both tourists and natives will enjoy using all their senses! The alcohol tasting was also fun!

We LOVED our tour of your Distillery yesterday! Jonathan, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, charming, and patiently answered our questions. The Distillery is a beautiful space, which we enjoyed seeing and spending time in. The Bar at Great Jones added to our experience with delicious food (we enjoyed the Bourbon Soup Dumplings, Empanadas, and FAB Frites) with a KILLER Old Fashioned (made with Rye) and a New York Mule. YUM! We will definitely share our memorable experience with our friends and family and return. Jonathan, Alejandro, and Brandon at the Bar were TERRIFIC!

Excellent guide and tour. The distillery is beautiful, the beverage delicious ( that NYC water makes a good bourbon) . Our guide was knowledgeable, professional,kind and engaging. Plus the food is delicious and not for nothing..great coffee.

Amanda was a great tour guide. She was so knowledgeable and friendly and explained so much to the group about whiskey-making as well as the origins and operations of Great Jones. The facility is really interesting -- and it is all built inside a beautiful, historic building. The tasting as enjoyable, too. I'm a tour guide who likes to take lots of tours to learn more about NYC. Look for coupon codes to save some $.
Our guide, Jackson, was very professional, informative and entertaining. We all enjoyed our experience with him. He shared so much new information and answered everyone's questions. The location is gorgeous and you can tell the owners really invested in every aspect of the space. There are many nooks and crannies and rooms within this building with options for tasting, dining, sips, lounging or events. Designed impeccably. The cocktails were very tasty and the bartender was exceptional. We didn't try the food, but it looked good. I purchased a few bottles and even gave some out as gifts. Unique and memorable spirits. I will definitely return to this distillery especially since it is the only Whiskey distillery in Manhattan.

My friend and I had a great experience. The location is beautiful, we were greeted warmly on arrival as we were by the bartender when we waited for the tour to start. Our guide was very good - knowledgable, personable and entertaining - all the things that make for a great guide. He was able to answer all the questions from the group during both the tour and tasting. It was a very good experience overall and I would definitely recommend to friends who are interested in spirits and of course bourbon!
This was an incredible experience in heart of the city. Discovering new ventures. Good time well spent if you are a whiskey or beer lover.
Great intro to bourbon! 4 tastings. Nice tour guide. Would recommend to others. Get a cocktail upstairs afterward.
