Complete disaster!!! We booked a private tour and paid for it upfront. Then driver came late and my husband asked him to wait 5 min so he can put our luggage at front desk. When we came out he was gone. We made 500 calls to the company contact number shown here but nothing!!! No one was answering, no one explaining anything!! The worst experience ever!
We offer private luxury experiences. In order to operate at our best we provide detailed information on the tour ahead: we sent an email and you never replied. Moreover, if we communicate a pick-up time that means that you can’t show up whenever you decide: the driver was at the reception waiting for you at 9.10 am already (stating that he came late is a complete falsity). At 10 am with none of you showing up yet he was allowed to leave. We have time tolerance, but beyond that it’s a no-show.
One of the best tours in my life and I have travelled all around the world. Organisation is the first thing in all activities and they have a perfect one. All the little things and details show how much they care for what they organise. Absolutely stunning all the possibile customisations they let to do with no extra fees or worries. The tour itself is unique and exclusive because it combines traditional visits of small towns and tourist spots with the winery theme. Loved it!
